Horrible place. Was told to come in on Friday to fill out paperwork after I paid Thursday for a truck. I went there and no one was there. Weeks later almost the date to my payment I find out the contract was missing. I called and called and no answer. Turned out the guy that took care of the paperwork got fired. My paperwork was gone as well at the 2500$ for the down payment. They kept saying come back at different times as the owner would be there and he wasn’t. Turns out the owner doesn’t care that the man took off with my money and they refuse to give me the money back. The boss was just the worst. Dishonest as ever. I am filing a criminal complaint against the owner and worker once I find out who the man was that handled the paperwork.
Now because of no contract they are saying my truck is temporarily repossessed so I am taking them to court

He is holding our paperwork hostage for a payment that he neglected to run, after we called him the day after we bought the car and told him it was breaking down and he didn't answer his phone and never answered any of our texts knowing that we were broke down and we had to stay in ********* overnight because we couldn't get the car back home . We can't even resell the car because it has no paperwork and it's been sitting in our yard since we got at home so we spent $5,000 for a car to sit in our yard. He don't want to help ** fix it. He don't answer a text or calls. All he says and replies is oh I have a business to run. Trade just like c*** because we're native. Took her money and sent ** off with a s***** car. I'm leaving one star because it requires me to leave a star. I would leave negative stars if I could.

Here are the highlights of our visit:- Completely disorganized on our arrival. Nobody knew who we were supposed to talk to or where the correct people were.- We were supposed to take a test drive with a lady, but had to talk with some guy who knew more about the car to get questions answered. He was obviously agitated from the beginning of the conversation.- We tried to ask about price and kept getting "what do you want to pay for it," then when we said "it was listed on the under 5k section on the website," the man started yelling and saying we were not reasonable. But he wouldn't tell us what the price was. Also the vehicle had 225k+ miles on it, so whatever they were asking was crazy.- The man couldn't regulate his emotions and calm himself down enough to talk to a customer so we just walked away. Apparently they don't like selling cars.I wouldn't go here, unless you like being yelled at and gaslit!

Just a warning, this auto dealer has a vehicle on his lot that an individual bought and had to return for had a lot of issues and NOT SAFE TO DRIVE. The owner of the car lot purchased the vehicle back but not even a hour or 2 later he had it back on the lot for sale. In that 2 hour time there was no way in HELL he had time to have the issues repaired. Beware when buying from this car lot. A little advice, before purchasing a vehicle have a buyers inspection done, worth the money to have done.Thank you for taking the time to read this and again BEWARE!!!Not worth giving them one star!! If could would give them a a -10 Have to give one just to post.

Dan worked with my husband and I for several days to get us into a vehicle that was right for us. He was very patient and understanding to our concerns and what we wanted in a vehicle. He didn't push us into a car just to make a sale.

The worst car dealership I ever been to. Way to over priced. I got 5 vehicles from them in 7 months. Everyone had issues. I think the one that lasted the longest was 3 months. The passenger tire of on of the vehicles actually came off as I was driving, I had the car one day. There mechanic will fix one problem and another will arise a few days later. I would not go through them. They are dangerous.

Not really my kind of lot. The vehicles are overpriced for what they are. A lot of broken windshields with no mention they'll repair before sale finalizes. Sloppy would be the best way to describe this place

salesmen if you could call him that was chain smoking cigarettes inside and outside of building was the least helpful person i have ever experienced and then called me a “******* a******* the owner of this establishment is a joke ha i feel all his guys out there smoking cigarettes spitting in cups during the sales of cars… pigs
