Purchase a used Buick Enclave and had nothing but issues from the onset. I wasn't surprised to see their latest kimick "free warranties" there is a reason folks! Always remember nothing is free! Save your sanity, time and money; visit a reputable car dealership.

Best car buying experience I’ve ever had. They were extremely kind, not pushy AT ALL, warm, friendly, and most important, very honest. I went back several times and enjoyed each time I was there. I originally just went in to sell them my car, but the experience was so pleasant, that I decided to buy there as well!

STAY AWAY! Terrible experience! bought a truck under the pretense they would fix a couple of things. took them twice as long as they said and still didn't fix everything they said. Truck broke down on me a week after finally getting it back from them, and they refused to fix or make it right in anyway. Mechanic later told me it was because a brand new hose they improperly installed blew.

No spare tire.shame on me rear.TireLow light on rear tire checked out. plug in it. Cost 350$ for a new tireRattle in front end after 800 miles one of the caliper mount bolts missing the other 3 where finger tight who knows what is next !

Bought my Subaru Forrester several years ago from 406 motors and through hail and deer hits I still love my car and runs really well. It was a great experience with the sales team in the whole process. Much better than the bigger car dealerships around town. I tell everyone where I got my car from and to go to 406 motors for their next vehicle! :)

Megan stepped out of the door to greet me as soon as I stepped out of my old truck (also purchased at 406 Motors) with a smile on her face and a welcome handshake. She listened to what I said, showed me trucks on my list of priorities, answered all of questions then we took a drive in what is now my new awesome Dodge Ram Sport truck. Megan and staff took care of every detail and made the whole process simple in what can be a daunting ordeal. I can’t imagine buying a vehicle anywhere else. Thank you so much 406 Motors!

Get your own pre-purchase inspection done by a third party! This place says they have their vehicles checked out by a mechanic, Either it's the worst mechanic in town, or they don't disclose the findings to the customer. The car has been in the shop since we got it mid May and we won't have it back till mid July, after $2000 in diagnosis and repair.Car only had 61,000 miles on it, Immediately started having issues on the way home. Couldn't even unlock the door or start the car for 30 minutes.They also sold the car with studded tires on, but without the key for the locking wheel lugs, tried to get tires and nobody could change them. I had to drive around to every European mechanic shop in town looking for a replacement key so I could get legal tires.That's when I found the previous mechanic for the car and they told me about all the other issues the car has, which were not fixed or disclosed prior to sale.I've told them about these issues several times and all they can say is that they gave me a wonderful deal and they can't do anything.If they spent less money on advertising merch and fancy thank you cards and more on a decent mechanic they'd get a better review. Also offering some help with an immediate breakdown, on a low mileage purchase, would go a long way to getting future business.P.S. They will try to sell you an aftermarket warranty on your purchase, these warranties will not cover diagnostics for your problem. And, if they find the problem, it will only cover the main failed component and it's labor. Any collateral parts that may require replacement for reassembly are on you. And it will only cover a rental car for the actual day of repair, not for any downtime for diagnostics or waiting for parts, so we're currently out over $1000 on a rental vehicle as well. And if you have to use the warranty within the first 45 days of purchase (me), they will take forever (days) to approve the claim, so the "day one" coverage claimed is not easily utilized.

I absolutely love buying our vehicles through 406. They make buying so easy and fun every time. My wife and I just bought our fourth vehicle from them. Highly recommend checking them out. Megan is the best. Won't buy from any different car lot!

The staff was friendly and helpful. I didn't feel any unnecessary pressure to buy or make a decision. Our salesman Sean was helpful and didn't blow smoke (if he didn't know, he would find out instead of pretending to know). I have been happy with my vehicle purchase so far and not experienced any problems coming to light after leaving the dealership. No hidden fees or agendas and no dock fee. I would recommend 406 Motors to others and do business with them again in the future.

Megan Hance was our salesperson who did a great job. On the second test drive she was unavailable to go with us so Jim went with us. He was great. The downside was the manager. He got very upset when we tried to negotiate a better price. When we came to an agreement he wouldn't even come out of the back room to thank us for buying the vehicle. Megan did but not the manager. First time in my life. I think for $50,000.00 he should have taken a moment to thank us. Very nice vehicle.
