“We have used Vally Farmers for quite a while and their service has always been fantastic. They have helped us with a variety of propane needs, and we have always enjoyed working with them. I have always talked to Valerie and she has been a pleasure to work with every time. We recently had a minor issue with a delivery and when I voiced my concerns to Valerie she handled it in a way that was probably one of the best ways I've seen a company handle a customer concern. She was very happy to help and was compassionate about our situation and had zero hesitation assisting us as well as did it incredibly fast. This company deserves 5 starts before this but are exceeding a typical 5 star business. We will continue to recommend this company to all of our customers that have propane needs and will continue to use them ourselves for the entirety of our needs of their service. If an owner or manager is reading this, Valerie needs a raise, she is an outstanding employee!”
“Very clean and excellent help. Great place to stop and get gas and food and fishing bait. Just don't understand why Billings Montana has the highest gas prices. How can you buy gas in Glendive or North Dakota for less money when we have 3 refineries in Billings. What is wrong with this picture”

The reason for the 4 out of 5 star is because when I stop to get gas with my credit card and it asks me if I want a receipt, I have to go inside because it is either out of paper or its broken. What's the point of paying outside if you need to go inside to get your receipt?”

“Just passing through with my 26 foot class C motorhome. I was so happy to be able to get an oil change so easily. We fit in the car bay, just pull in and they go underneath and get in done in less than 15 mins. I was even able to get my air filter changed. Quick, easy, and affordable.We also stopped by the truck wash and had the team wash her up for $75 dollars with a waxing included. She looked great and no more bugs! We will definitely be back on our way back to the east coast.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement”
