Good selection and fast friendly service. Had my item in stock and after the paperwork was done got a unexpected discount. Will be back for more parts and other sporting goodies.

I'd really like to think things will change under Sportsman's Warehouse again, but they re-hired the same management that was there under Wholesale Sports. The store manager is really a brilliant young man, and an exceptional business manager, but he's got a BIG chip on his shoulder and is a total failure in the public relations arena. He's fired or driven off the most knowledgeable people they had due to his attitude - the store has had a huge turnover since it opened in 2007. Capital Sports, on the other hand, has had pretty much the same people for many years. Interestingly, the last Hunting Manager fired from Wholesale Sports is working there as a bow tech, and took a lot of his customers with him. It won't do much good to complain here, but let them know your concerns at the corporate office in Midvale/Salt Lake City.

This place has really gone down hill. As an avid angler I'm always on the lookout for new gear and hot deals. This store rarely fills either of my needs. There selection of lures and such are constantly out of stock and mysteriously on a perpetual back order status. When the staff is asked when they expect to receive a new shipment in, they state that they have no control over the ordering of merchandise.Wow! Really? On the plus side however, you can always tell what equipment and lures are working on the local lakes and rivers because WholeSale Sports will be out of it! You will always be better off to check with the other fishing shops in town or order it online.
