Made a 10 am appointment at the Prospect branch to open a business account 6 days in advance. Walked in 10 minutes early for the appointment. Waited 40 minutes in the lobby and was not acknowledged at any time by any employee, including the branch manager even though we were sitting in plain view. Absolutely uncourteous and unprofessional and we will take our business elsewhere.

Worst bank in Helena. Poor customer service. Management only cares about money and not their employees. Poor place to bank, work or even visit. Putrid place to visit with no redeeming value whatsoever. Bank is in trouble pull your money out asap.

I’m leaving this review because I had a cashiers check in my gmas and my name and they had my auto loan account number their and the auto loan it was under is my gmas and mine and my gma gave me the check and she lives in wss Montana they really could’ve cashed the check instead they insisted to be rude and call her boss in front of me and did not state the proper problem what was going on elderly don’t like to travel much except if they have too instead they decided to stress my gma however they got a big ole middle finger with me and more because I was angry,mad and upset this is what typical Wells Fargo does their terrible people that work their

Bank changes hours constantly.The people you deal with are nice enough,but the bank as a whole reminds of a bunch of gangsters.I would never recommend Wells Fargo to anyone.I have my home loan with them and wish I were banking with someone else.If you have a choice on what bank to deal with just stay away from Wells Fargo.

Wells Fargo has been my bank for 35 years and since the pandemic Wells Fargo is the worst bank in town. I have an account with opportunity bank.. Opportunity is so far superior. I hate to leave Wells Fargo but if they don't straighten up I will.

We were passing through town and needed a notary in a hurry. We called ahead and spoke to Rachel. She was very friendly and helpful. When we got there we were helped mediately by Deanna. She was very friendly, professional and efficient. Overall awsome experience.

Worst bank I have ever banked with. Everytime I go in they come up with another excuse not to cash my checks. I've been dealing with this for almost a year now and will never be going back. The tellers are rude and the drive thru people are the laziest I've ever seen. They will watch you pull up and just ignore you even when nobody else is there. I have no idea how this institution has managed to stay open.

Worst bank ever. These people think they can dictate how and when you can spend your money. I tried to close my bank account and Kevin threatened to fight me because I wanted to leave this bank. Literally cant make this up. Complete garbage customer service. Will not ever do business with this bank. And Kevin shows how classless these people really are. Shame on you fails fargo
