The parking lot is awful because of the remodeling inside and they are moving everything, so it's a mess inside.

They had Command strips on a command strip cardboard advertisement that said $3.28. We get to self check out and they rang up for $9.28. The front end manager said she would not fix this. She ripped the package from my elderly mom's hand and walked away. We tried to have customer service get the store manager but they said they can't get ahold of him, they don't do that.

drive all the way over to walmart after a 10 hour shift outside, because they show multiple air conditioners "in stock"(even made sure to check that it was the helena location) walk to the back of the store, & 0 air conditioners. finally found an employee, & they say that they think it takes 24 hours for their app/website to show the correct inventory. maybe it's my fault that i didn't realize you guys are using a system from 1994. waste of an hour, & the gas used to get back & forth. how is one of the biggest stores in the U.S. having problems like "inventory" for items over $300?
