I came in a week ago and was told the wait was over two hours long, she told me to make an appointment. Made an appointment and came back today and waited 40 minutes after my appointment time to be helped. I spent another hour there just to get a new phone, their system takes forever for their staff to navigate through.
I just got home with my new phone and accessories.
-They sent me home with a case that does not fit my size of phone.
-They sent me home with USB-C cables without a USB on the other end as I requested so I have no charging blocks to plug into compatible with the new iPhone charger.
-The female manager who greeted me was not accommodating or welcoming upon my arrival. I listened to her give the runaround too many other customers during my long wait. I could see and sense frustration on nearly every single person’s face who came through the door with the long waits.
-There’s hardly any seating for anyone in the store.
-They did not have the kind of cases in stock I picked out on the display.
-They did not have the color iPhone in stock I wanted.
-they charged me a $35 “upgrade fee” to buy a new phone from them! I’ve been a Verizon customer for almost 20 years and I asked them to waive it, which they said they could not do.
You may lose my business soon.
It was a pathetic experience and my review seems to be in line with many 1 star reviews here. Get it together!

They have absolutely zero customer service skills here. They force you to fix your own problems and then they charge you if they help you with anything.

Helena verizon on north montana!!On 3/16 I had an appointment to finally trade in my 10 year old phone. I was with my 2 daugters and we ended up getting Patrick as our consultant. We had the best experience in the Verizon store during the entire appointment. He explained everything he was doing as he was doing it and made sure that after transferring of all of my phone info that it was there and correct. He made the much dreaded nerve-wracking Verizon appointment a breeze. We joked and laughed the entire time and felt such at ease Patrick is the entire reason. 10/10 as far as a rep and we would ask for him 10 times over!! Thanks Patrick!!! I will also say that Brandon (short dark hair younger guy) who was helping us at a point during the appointment when the transferring wasnt working, he came over and solved the problem and knew exactly what to do. Also 10/10!!

This took place on Montana Avenue in Helena Montana. We were texted that we were needed in the store in 10 minutes. When checked in the women with yellow glasses said we had 5 minutes. We went in she said they did not text us. There was an appointment that came in while we were waiting. Nobody said, "hey we will be with you in a bit We have a person with an appointment in front of you. The other associate finished with customers and said he was going on break. Yellow glasses lady said "yes you should". Again, this is fine, but I feel we should have been talk to before he left. People kept coming in and we were pushed back without communication.

All of the employees were incredibly helpful and friendly. It was a very quick process as well. Would definitely go back for any more phone needs.

If I could give less than a star, I would I went in there, and after showing them that I am the account manager, they continued to tell me I was not able to access my account. I did, however go back to my car order the phone I wanted on my phone and within five minutes they had packaged up my phone and put it in a locker for me to pick up. I will never go there to ask for assistance. It doesn't make sense that I can order a brand new phone on my personal phone, but cannot access my account when I go in there by the way, they were not busy.

This store is full of snake oil salesman, my bills have consistently been over $100 dollars more than was discussed upon switching from AT&T. I have tried working with Joan, the manager, for months to resolve all the issues (trade in value discrepancies, lost phones that they claim they never received, charges on my account that are inaccurate, etc.) She gives nothing but false promises and lip service, saying that everything will be taken care of and reflect on my next bill cycle, and then nothing changes. When I finally got sick of the bull****, after 5 months and countless hours on the phone and returning to the store, and told her I was about ready to report them to some consumer protection agencies if it doesn’t get fixed, she told me the store would no longer assist me and I needed to resolve my issues with the overseas customer service centers. These people and this company are rip off artists and I would avoid them at all costs, unless you want to be screwed and pay way more than what was discussed. The only person who has lived up to their words is Josh, the Small Business Manager of Southwest Montana who has stepped up to the plate to actually fix the issues.

My family got service with this Verizon store and we have been consistently charged way more than we agreed to. Every time we go into Verizon they tell us they are sorry about the mistake, they assure us that our original agreement was correct, and tell us they will fix it. Then they proceed to ghost us. It’s been months. The store manager Joan is an awful human being who has been extremely rude and hostile when we try to correct the issue, and now we are stuck paying significantly more even though they have repeatedly told us it will be fixed for months. If you want your money to get stolen, go with this company. They are crooks and thieves and will lie through their teeth to get a sale.

I have to give a really big thanks and appreciation to your staff member named Logan, he was extremely helpful with the whole process from start to finish. He fulfilled every answer to all of my questions, he has a great understanding of what he’s doing. You can tell he loves what he’s doing, I Hope the the team see’s this and gives him the appreciation he needs. I recommend coming to this Verizon store if you need a new line, are a previous user coming for help, or just anything 10/10
