PLEASE get a new mailman deliverer for Mountain View Meadows subdivision!! Our mail is CONSTANTLY being sent and delivered to wrong addresses here. I ordered a $160 coat online and said it was delivered to my mailbox and it wasn’t there! Instead I received another person’s package that had similar numbers to my mailing address. I had the decency to take the misdirected package to the correct house and mine was never brought to me. This happens consistently with our packages and other mail pieces! PLEASE GET SOMEONE WHO CAN ACTUALLY READ to deliver the appropriate packages to the CORRECT mailboxes out here!!

Sent a very important document package via Priority mail to PO Box at this office for the Secretary of State to receive and authenticate. Tracking shows that my package was delivered to the post office, but did not make it to the SoS. I have filed for missing mail and it still can't be located.I have repeatedly called this office, but the phone just rings and rings and rings and no one ever answers.These are the original documents that I sent, and while I can get certified copies, that isn't the same as the original.

Just got my kids school pictures in the mail... on the front of the envelope it says "PHOTOS-DO NOT BEND" in giant blue letters, and yet my kids school pictures weren't bent in half! This has me absolutely infuriated. It isn't like I have an option for other mail services. It isn't like I have control over the people they have delivering my mail. This isn't the first time I have gotten damaged packages because the mail people are too lazy to put packages in a large lock box. I am probably going to have to contact Atlanta AGAIN, because this location does not do customer service well.. or at all in my own experience.

The Helena post office is the worst USPO I have ever dealt with. They don’t care because they don’t have to, zero accountability! The Birdseye rd deliverer is the worst kind of public employee, worthless!

I am disabled, so my son went in post office to mail a package to the UK for me. He stood in line for 35 minutes, no one except one guy was doing package pick ups. Finally I made my way in thinking there may be a problem, I saw a chair, so I grabbed it, not being able to stand for long periods, he was still in line along with about 15 other people, finally he got frustrated and came over to me. I was going to ask the employee doing passports because there was no one there, and he was pulling from the back of the line and helping people. I started to ask him if he could help us, and he interrupted and said, sorry, I have a customer for a passport. So rude! We just gave up and walked out, very frustrated and angry.

If there was only a way to give zero stars. My brother recently passed away, and we had filled out the form to change the mailing address to forward to our family on April 14. Today is May 9, and we have not received ANY forwarded mail as of today. I lodged a complaint with USPS this morning, and 1/2 hour later I received a call from this Helena post office. The postmaster stated that he had the request to start forwarding mail on April 18, 2023. However, their mail carrier can't either 1) Read English, or 2) can't comprehend simple forwarding instructions and actually do their job.I guess I should have known better than to trust the USPS to do something right. They have lost many items of mine before. I thought maybe, just maybe, they will get this simple change of address request right.I would like to personally thank this mail carrier for adding additional stress and grief to an already horrible situation. We are trying to do the right thing to get my brother's estate taken care of, and the postal service has done everything possible to set us two steps back.UPDATE: it is now May 19th, which means another 10 days have passed. USPS 800 number states that you should have mail within 7-10 days. Still have not received one piece of mail. Any regular citizen would have theft of mail charges by now for withholding mail. Really too bad that this post office can fail at forwarding mail and not have any kind of charges filed on them.UPDATE: May 31st and still not one piece of mail received. I'm convinced at this point this post office's idea of forwarding someone's mail consists of pulling it out of the mailbox and throwing it in a trash bin. And the US postal service wonders why they struggle to stay in operation. My word of advice to anyone reading this...... use FedEx, UPS, or any other organization than the postal service if you want to receive your mail or packages. If you don't care about receiving any of your items, definitely use the postal service...... They'll lose it for you every time.

My husband and I ship 10-30 packages a week and we always have great service here. Emma specifically has been wonderful and is fast and kind. Makes taking an armful of packages to the post office as minimally painful as possible.
