I’ve had to have something delivered and picked up by UPS and neither time did they get it right. The first time the guy was too lazy to even attempt to see if we were home. The second, the person didn’t pay any attention and went to the wrong place. It’s not rocket science kids, take the box to the house that matches the label or pick up the box from the house that matches the label. You’d think with how much they get paid, they would do a bit better and not be so lazy.

Waiting on an order that was guaranteed to be delivered yesterday. Tracking showed it arrived in Helena 2 days prior to the delivery date. Tracking then showed that it was out for delivery a day early. Checked tracking today and it has been rescheduled. What happened????

It is impossible to reach this center via phone. Called multiple times during their one hour office daily opening and couldn’t reach a person. Had to drive 25 minutes one way during the hour they are open to get a message to our driver. The employee who helped me was really good and very helpful.

Absolutely awful service.I took off from work to wait around all day long for a package. Nobody notified me that the package was undeliverable. I didn’t get an email I didn’t get a call nothing I have a account with UPS so they should’ve been able to notify me but instead they sent it to some carrier office didn’t let me know where it is. I had to call and wait 30 minutes before I could even find out where it was located, then they wouldn’t change anything for me to get it delivered because I can’t get out to get pick it up at this current moment, but I can have somebody sign for it and get it delivered. Wouldn’t work with me at all. The customer service set up does not work for the customer at all. If it was up to me, I would give them no stars.

TLDR: Hope you didn't spend allot of money on your package or need it on time because its likely going to be heavily damaged or never delivered.(Note all of this stuff happened 1+ years ago as to protect myself from retaliation)I have ordered a number of things though online services and without fail every time it either doesn't show up at my door until 9 or 10pm even though they guarantee delivery by a reasonable time or if its a high value thing they will claim its "undeliverable" there has been several times the only reason I got the several hundred or even thousand dollars of hardware delivered at all is I stood in the road and flagged down the driver.The one time I didn't do this it took me getting lawyers involved to get my hardware that was not even at their warehouse like the tracking said it was. I don't know where it was but it took an additional 2 days to get my package that had clearly been tampered with.In short if you have the option ALWAYS use FedEx or USPS they will at least deliver your stuff.

Absolute trash. Try to get your packs through FedEx or even usps is way better than this company.

I had a very expensive package being dropped off that required a signature. I waited all day for it be “Out for Delivery” on the app and instead it went straight from “processing for delivery” to “delivered” and I wasn’t even home. I’m very lucky no one came up and stole my package. Very disappointed in the laziness that comes from this business EVERY TIME they deliver one of my packages. Sometimes it’s at the wrong address, sometimes it’s not delivered to my front door but at the bottom of the staircase heading up to my door. This time, the fact that a signature was required and they just left my package on my porch is absolutely unacceptable.

I like UPS drivers very professional and the service people at the store, but the online website and service is horrid, hard to get anywhere and you wind up no where you need. I've been trying to find out where a package is and there's no suggestion for a "Never got the delivery". The 888 number is also no help, what ever happened to talking to a real person. On the web they suggest the chat, but no way to get to it. I have a package delivered someplace and no way to find it. I don't want Amazon to replace it because the package will probably wind up in the same location, lost.

Every delivery we receive from UPS is absolutely filthy. Covered in dust and dirt. We live in town, not at end of a dirt road.It's become so bad we don't even bring packages inside. We don't have this problem with FedEx or USPS. What are you up to UPS??

I had several items from different distributors sent to me from Amazon, all with different QR codes. The lady only scanned one QR code and said it was good for all of the items. Well I only received a refund for the 1 item she scanned the QR code of. After waiting 2 weeks to see if the others would come through, they didn't. I waited in line for 30 minutes only to have the lady at the front be extremely rude and unhelpful saying "they only scan 1 QR code" and that I'd I didn't receive a refund doe the rest, it's a problem with the shipper and I need to contact them. I stressed that it's due in 7 days and she shrugged her shoulders and said to contact my shipper. I bought all of it through Amazon and I'm not even sure where to find that information. So I guess my items were just sent wherever and they get to keep my money?Either way, she was very rude about it and very unhelpful.

I pay $12.99 each month, for a membership through Amazon Prime, who says i will get "free delivery" on this order...and i purchased a package that's more than $50. But...I CANNOT get these jokers to deliver my package, to save my life. They say they knock, when they don't...they say the package is "undeliverable", even though it's to a business, during regular business hours...they don't call the number provided to them on the package or on the front door of the office...and they want to charge me additional delivery fees to "schedule a package pickup" at a location, that remains closed. Starting to understand why their uniform's brown. Extremely frustrating. Makes me not want to order from anyone that uses them as a delivery service. Its supposed to be "services rendered for monies paid". Not in their case though. Apparently, they're some kind of special. Grrr.

This company is absolutely worthless, my wife and i waited for 8 hours for a package to arrived so we could sign for it, got a notification that delivery was attempted, not once did we ever hear a knock on our door, then we had to go on a wild goose chase to find the package, if i could leave a no star rating i would as this is ridiculous, the drivers are useless and so is customer service
