The workers are very helpful and so kind, especially one of the workers named Mint, the make-up palates we wanted were out of stock but he assisted us to getting them anyhow, and did the same for my friend a week later, very awesome guy and helpful! Am in love with my palette and looking forward to my friend receiving hers awell.

As someone new to makeup and beauty products, I knew coming here was going to be a good bet. I didn't really know what I was looking for, but I guess my wandering and confused expression gave me away . An employee came over and asked if I needed anything. I explained my predicament and she was more than willing to help. She asked me questions so she could help me pick out some products. I got everything I was hoping for.

I had a good experience but realized after I got home that the my ends were still full of split ends. I live over 400 miles away and when I called I felt dumb. The manager asked me the same question over 3 times and mentioned it was almost 2 weeks ago. Ultimately it was my own fault because I should have noticed the issue while I was still there but the experience of when I called turned me off to going again. I'm sad about it because it was a nice experience for my 3 kids and I but I won't be going back. But it will save me about $1000 per year so that's a plus.

I use to buy from this store but last time I was there a man dressed as a women wearing makeup and fake nails was the cashier. Sorry but I'm not woke. I feel only men who dress and act like women should shop at Ulta. REAL women should shop elsewhere. I'm 68 and know more about women's makeup then this wannabe cashier. I would never take advice from someone who doesn't know their identity!!!

I love going to Ulta, because the team that works there goes above and beyond to be helpful and provide amazing customer service. All of the staff working during my visit this afternoon/evening were amazingly kind and helpful to me. Thanks so much!!

Me and my cousins shop here all the time and every time we have gone we are always followed by certain employees and we always here them talking behind are backs the most recent time I went was today and I accidentally had tried a non tester and one of the employees came up to me and asked me what I had in my hand I told her assuming she was just being nice but she then proceeded to talk to me in a very rude tone and say that “for future reference I need to buy the product before I put it on” and that would’ve been ok for her to tell me that if she wouldn’t have said it in a very rude way and proceeded to follow me around trying to watch what I do. Last time my aunt was with me she literally had to yell at her and tell her to stop following us. And on top of that we went to check out and we had another lady with short black hair tell us that exact same thing and that they’re gonna have to throw it away in a very rude tone. Honestly it’s very hard to have a good experience when you very much hear the employees talking behind your back basically following you around and being rude it’s honesty very sad because i usually love going to ulta and I don’t want to stop going I just wish there customer service was better.
