I had a 30 minute meeting with Cody at Tuff Shed. He was very knowledgeable and proficient at putting together a refined plan, complete with picture of my dream shed. Can you print me out a copy and also email me a copy. He followed up with me in one week and I hope someday to own the dream shed. Prices have gone up a little since I first started dreaming about a Tuff Shed about 10 years ago. They haven’t gone up as much as one would think. Now is a great time to get your tuff shed and if tuff shed is there brand you’re going with, I highly recommend you ask for Cody on Highway 12

We ordered a custom Tuff Shed garage and after some hiccups during construction, are over the moon with the end result. Tara REALLY went out of her way to make sure that we were happy. The end cost for our garage was significantly less expensive than the other bids we got and was built to our exact specifications. Good job Tuff Shed and Tara!

We ordered a shed from the Helena, Mt. site. I wasn't sure what I needed, but the salesman was very helpful in guiding us. It is exactly what we ordered and the men who installed it were great. Do not pay for a TuffShed and expect any sort of timely response or delivery. You will be ignored. I ordered my TuffShed online in October 2021. I received a few documentation emails, but then never received a call to schedule delivery. I called repeatedly over the next 8 months and was given all sorts of excuses: the company shut down for winter, they don't deliver due to high winds (there was no wind), they don't have any installers, there is flooding somewhere else in my state (Montana). An installation crew finally came to install my shed on July 14th, eight and a half months after the order was placed. The installers were sent out without all the materials. They did not have the siding I ordered. They installed what they could and left me with a shed with no siding or paint. After several more calls, another crew was sent out to install siding. They were send with the wrong siding. They left after installing two panels of the wrong siding. I've called repeatedly to schedule completion of my shed. I've talked to Ariana and Gus. Multiple times they have scheduled the completion, but no one has shown up. I've called and been told they don't know why no one showed up. I've called and left messages and never received a call back. I have an unpainted partially sided shed that I ordered nearly a year ago and TuffShed is simply blowing off the scheduled install dates and not returning my calls.Services: Shed installation

Horrible Horrible Horrible ? everyday the price has changed, they can't seem to get anything right, CANT quote the right price. They don't seem to know what there doing. We haven't even gotten the shed yet and all I want is my money back and never have to hear from them again.Service: Custom shed design
