Very dirty store, unorganized. Really hard to stock the Red Bull

Went in on 10/18/25. Found the store was being remodeled and some items were not available. Having worked in the C-Store industry previously, I was shocked at what was not available. I never thought I would see the day when the 2 biggest profit makers, deli and fountain drinks, would NOT be available. Now Town Pump most likely will say not so, but considering Circle K sells 44 ounce fountain for 99 cents while the 32 ounce ( or sometimes the 40 ounce) is $1.59 here, who is making the higher profit? Anyway, it seems that whoever made the decision to shut down these high profit items does not understand things, or Town Pump makes enough to survive the loss at this time. Not sure which, but my money is on the latter.

Worst gas station ever, all I wanted was help with pumping up gas on number nine because it would not let me and it was stealing money out of my account and yes I know that would come back to my card but I needed help to actually pump gas since it wasn’t letting me so I wasn’t really worried about the money and this older lady named “Crystal” came over to assist inside and she was very rude which I did not understand why I was very nice to her and very understanding all I just wanted was help but I guess she doesn’t like to do her actual job. So if you need help with pumping up gas or having money been taken from you and wanting help with that don’t go here!

8 women standing around doing absolutely nothing, while customers back up. Finally after complaining, another cashier opened a register. The one cashier that was open was in training and struggling. Why have multiple registers, with multiple people working, if everyone is going to just stand there and do nothing? I'll shop somewhere else to save time. You're a convenience store, be convenient and do better.
