The snow storm recently have roads very slippery, especially with sun shining on it the next day. While making my way home from a cancelled road trip I slid off requiring a tow truck to pull me back up on the road. We called at least three companies who were all busy. He was professional and kind. Saved the day, I was able to drive away. I would recommend calling them if you need help. Laurie M.

I highly recommend Top Gun Recovery. My vehicle was broke down high up in the mountains and I was towing a trailer too. Top Gun was able to recover my vehicle and trailer at the same time. Top Gun towed my vehicle to the shop and the trailer was stored at Top Gun’s fenced lot. Everyone that my wife and I talked to at Top Gun were very professional and courteous. Top Gun went above and beyond to help my wife and I out. I cannot say enough good things about Too Gun. Thank you so much Top Gun

Review is late but I felt compelled to write due to my horrible experience. There should be a negative star rating available for this company. Got stuck out on the highway with a flat on the way back from Glacier National. It was late and the tow company was called to haul my minivan 33 miles into Helena. I was quoted over the phone a hook up charge and mileage fee ($8 per mile and a hook up fee of a $150. Tow driver came and when I asked him to confirm the cost he had no idea. The tow driver proceeded to hook up my car without confirming the cost of the tow. I asked him to call his manager and confirm the cost of the tow and provide me in writing the cost of the tow before hooking my car up. Conveniently the dispatcher refused to pick up any of my calls once the tow driver arrived. The driver received several calls and texts which I suspect were their communications to scheme to jack up the price once hooked up. Without a choice or any other tows in the area at that hour I agreed to tow the car with the understanding the cost would be $8 per mile and a hook up fee of $150. The tow driver agreed. Mid way back the driver (who is texting while driving) informs me the cost is now $629. AND they wanted to tow to their auto body shop. I was told they would need payment upon drop off or they would keep our car at their shop. Or he could drop my car off where it is. WTF? These people are dishonest and untrustworthy business owners. They thrive off preying on people in need of genuine service or help. Do yourself (and your wallet a favor)and find any other reputable business. Steer clear from them by all means.
