I've been with Tom Clinch since he started with Goosehead. He is professional, straight to the point kind of guy. He will tell you the truth and not sugar coat anything. I will continue to support him since he a local guy. The best in the business, as far as I am concerned. Won't go back to any other companies.

This insurance agent and their staff are amazing to work with. If you call and they are not available and leave a message they always get back to you right away. They give me a piece of mind because I know that if something goes wrong or a mistake is made they contact me to resolve the issue. I have never worked with a more professional but personal business like this one. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for an insurance agent in the area.

I called Tom's office because of water damage that happened over the weekend in my condo, just looking for options as to how my insurance could help me cover it. I mentioned, off the cuff, that I had car insurance elsewhere at a pretty good rate and was open to a quote. Pulling up my info and giving me an apples-to-apples comparison, they helped me save over $70/month by combining my insurance plans on home and car. Tom, Traci, and Schaefer are the best! Much needed extra cash in pocket that I wouldn't have had otherwise.

Travis Gerber went above and beyond helping me put all of my policies together and ended up saving me a little money in the end. He took the time to look at all of my coverage from auto, recreational, renters and guide me to my current policy. Highly recommend you go see these guys for your insurance needs. Schaefer Budde is now working with Tom Clinch at State Farm and is going to look out for what best fits your personal needs and is not going to just push insurance on you and there is no pressure. The entire staff is friendly and they meet you at the front door like you are family. The front desk gal Tracy is smiling and energetic and the place just has a wonderful atmosphere. I have worked with Shaffer when he was selling autos and I purchased a Truck with him a few years ago and was the same experience I had with him while he was selling me Insurance, and I will continue to work with him on my insurance needs for myself and my family. Go see the guys down there and you will save money and won't be disappointed.
