Every year I get a 1/2 of cow and a hog from Tizer (except this year they didn't have hogs). I have always had excellent service, and the cuts of meat are exactly what I ordered. The flavors of the pork sausage and bacon are always amazing even if purchased separately.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE! Worst- most stressful, unprofessional experience ever! We had scheduled to bring in 7 of our beef to be processed here, even got a confirmation call everything was set up to go.We drove over 4 hours with a full load of steers, just to find an empty shop... No one at the plant, no one at the shop. Doors wide open, open signs on. We waited in the lot for over an hour, called every phone number we could find, walked the empty plant, not one sole to be found. They never called to tell us they were closed, never answered the phone, never called us back. They are SHUTDOWN! Absolutely the worst and most stressful experience I have ever had with a business! Thankfully we ended up finding another butcher in town that dropped everything to help us otherwise we would have been standing in the lot with 7 steers and no where to go. No phone call, no response.Word on the street is they are going bankrupt. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR TIME OR MONEY! YOU WILL REGRET IT!!

Paid 200 dollars for 25 packages of Italian sausage from a deer I had processed by tizer. My bill when I picked it up said the butchering fee was for an 88 pound animal (that was skinned, headless, and no feet). But somehow I get 25 packages of sausage for that? And that price? Not to mention how small some of the packages are. Worst processor I’ve ever dealt with

Took our first deer of the season to Tizers and I have to tell you to avoid if you want all your meat and the way you requested. Received less then half of our hanging weight and did not get what we ordered. They made whatever they felt like. And they kept the last 10 pounds which could have been 10 lbs of ground beef for our family. In these times that is a lot. It was very expensive for a small box of meat.

Ordered the back straps and tenderloins from my buck and then sausage. Said if they had enough sausage for 2 batches to make two batches otherwise do 1 batch and burger. Picked up deer and said they only had enough for sausage. Got home before I realize that I didn’t get any tenderloins or backstrap. Sausage is great, but had expected tenderloins, backstrap, and at least sausage (possibly burger depending on how much meat). Not sure why I didn’t get any tenderloin or backstrap. Disappointed and unsure if the backstrap and tenderloins went into the sausage or to someone else.

Thuringer isn't what it use to be! I don't think it was smoked enough and the cheddar chees used is terrible. Tasted real fatty. They lost my steaks and then 2 months later they found them.

Fantastic local legacy! Sad to watch it slowly turn into a dumpster fire.. poor communication, lies, and piss-poor customer service. Support locally, but somewhere else. Montana City Meats seems to be a great option!
