Jeff Kirby and Kaylie Russ where helping two different customers with two way different problems from a vehicle coming in on a hook and one with wheel problems. Kaylie did a damn good job explaining the wheel problem and fining a solution with giving the customer ease. Jeff was helping a old gentleman and his dog with the tow truck again having a hard day and Jeff jump on it and was way helpful. All this while my truck was getting ned tires. Great crew!!

We coasted in, barely making it to Tire-Rama. These guys were so awesome! We were met at our car and immediately the team got to work and had us fixed and back on the road in about 30 minutes. Everyone on the team had a great attitude and definitely made our holiday travel better!?

I had an emergency trip come up and while preparing my truck to depart, discovered that my 2015 Ford F250 had a failing tie rod end. I called TireRama and the Manager (Jeffrey) sensed my urgency, took my truck in, and had the repair completed that afternoon. The company motto “More Than Just a Tire Store” rings true. Thank you.

If zero stars was an option, I would give that rating. I cannot believe the way I have been treated at my local tire Rama store after being a loyal customer for 14 years. I have bought every set of tires ever purchased from this store and only used this location for oil changes until the last year. My entire family has done the same, about 8 different vehicles that were regularly outfitted with tires and serviced there and now we have all been chased away. I have seen better customer service and leadership from children. Since Neil and Brian have left, this place has been absolutely horrendous to work with. I am disappointed I have supported them for so long and spend as much money over the years here as I have.

I have been purchasing tires from Tire Rama for over a decade. After moving to Helena, they informed me that my wife's breaks needed to be replaced. A few months later, I started to replace her breaks and discovered she was not anywhere close to needing new break pads. Later that spring, I replaced my own break pads and lo and behold in May they told me the same thing. I will no longer support Tire Rama in Helena.
