“Set an appointment to have new tires and bearing pack on a trailer. Also asked them to look at trailer plug to fit with a newer truck. It was dropped off at 8 am. At 4pm I went to pick up the trailer. When I went to pull out the trailer brakes were locked up (not sure how it was parked without noticing the brakes were dragging the trailer).
Left the trailer and afternoon of the 3rd day, checked back in regarding status.Still, no resolution or call. The gentleman at the desk gave a BS story on what they were doing (truth being they didn't know what the problem was, nor had it been researched).
I had done my research and provided Shane a wiring schematic of the trailer and truck.He is the reason for a 4 star review. He stayed with the issue, between other workload to make it right. Thanks Shane, for being candid with me and contacting me upon completion. I appreciate your willingness and professionalism. You are the reason for the 4 star review within your organization. “Jeff Kirby and Kaylie Russ where helping two different customers with two way different problems from a vehicle coming in on a hook and one with wheel problems. Kaylie did a damn good job explaining the wheel problem and fining a solution with giving the customer ease. Jeff was helping a old gentleman and his dog with the tow truck again having a hard day and Jeff jump on it and was way helpful. All this while my truck was getting ned tires. Great crew!!”

This Les Schwab location rebalanced all 6 tires, and now they are so smooth I have to watch my speed!
