Called ahead to ensure they were going to be open and available today. Showed up and it was booked for an event and wouldn’t let us in. Had family drive 4+ hours to come here. Extremely disappointed in the staff and management. Will not be coming here again, unfortunate.

We love taking family to The Painted Pot when the visit. The calm and creative space gives us relief from any familial stress or just everyday life. Their employees are always kind and fun, informative and patient. And this business is an excellent advocate for downtown. I’m glad they are here.

The girl with the glasses was the most helpful with all of my questions. I have no artistic bone in my body, but with her help, I feel like I did good. She's a great and patient teacher. She was very attentive with everybody in the shop. Always cleaning up and asking if anybody needed help. You can tell that she loves her job and art. Next time I visit, I'll be back.

the lady that works there with the glasses and is bigger set she doesn’t her job she doesn’t clean after anyone she leaves tables dirty and paints just open and she is shoving her face with food infront of people how disturbing
