Great place when you are shopping and buying but when they screw up they don't fix their mistakes. I pity anyone that has them do their house like we did and end up with a bad job in one room because they refuse to take responsibility for their mistakes. We even contacted the owner at the store in Bozeman but he's related to the boss in Helena and it's a "good old buddy" system where they refuse todo anything We have expensive wood floors in the main part of the house, kitchen dining and entry, and we are stuck with this horrible installation that is chipping and separating and just looks bad and really spoils what was otherwise a good job.

Same problem as remodel 5 years ago.Sales manager won't return calls. 7days now! They will never get anybusiness from me and I will pass on to others when asked for recomendations.Reply to owner: I was in store Thurs 7/21, lady at desk looked up remodel info, said salesman had to order, when asked why she finally said she wasn't sure what to order. Nick was not there that day but she said she would give him info Fri 7/22 when he came in. Obviously Nick didn't think his answer out to you very well!! I ordered product elsewhere.

We came into this place looking for high-quality fridges. They didn’t sell subzero‘s, which we really wanted, but they did have Thermidors and they were very expensive so we settled on some Frigidaire professionals, which at first we thought was a good idea.Shortly there after we had a repairman up at our house repairing something else and told him of our purchase and he looked at us with horror and said anything but those! So we decided to cancel the purchase and instead put 14 grand down on a subzero that’s going to take 14 months to get.The flooring place helped us out and did what we needed and they were very nice and they sent us a check for the return money and the guy was very nice.
