Definitely been to better targets, but this one still has a good variety of selection and was clean and well kept. Would recommend to others.

Everything in the store is too expensive unless you are jeff bezos.. except for the $5 section at the very front. Don't be fooled, though, because every single one of those items in the $5 section will last you less than a week.

We spent hours here when we were on the way home from Yellowstone.
The store is well-kept and super clean. Staff are friendly, which we come to expect from southern Montana.
The selection of clothes here is excellent. The Cat and Jack brand is great quality.
The only disappointment is that the collectibles area is limited.

Great customer service. However when I have on for certified service multiple times to fail accommodation despite them being the only certified location provider I begin to see it’s not the retailer but the employee unwilling or in education being the issue that prevents said task being prevented on multiple occasions. I understand the extreme security messures this emplenented feature being the cause of over vigilance and judgement. Breeds contempt in situations that should’ve common courtesy

Very clean store, friendly staff, and easy place to shop when you want to find what you're looking for and get done.

Target in our town is desolate. The feeling we get going inside is depressing. Go w o k e Go b r o k e.

there was pallets and cart blocking aisles and making it impossible to shop they had a teenager taking stuff out of boxes whi was blocking an entire aisle and didn’t move when I approached, she had disgusting scars on her arm and didn’t greet me, I don’t know why target hires these kinds of people they don’t know how to do they’re job

I came to the target in Helena Montana looking for an Alexa for my mom who is 89 and who wants to stay here for a while after my dad passed. One of her Home Health people recommended an Alexa since she doesn’t like to wear that “help I’ve fallen” button around her neck. The guys in customer service on a late Friday night and the gentleman and tech were super helpful and courteous. A real credit to the store.

Team members we’re extremely helpful in finding the products that were not on the sales floor, other than the team members providing exceptional guest service they did complain about management and the fact that they have to rely on other stores team members to ensure product can make it to the floor. The sales floor looks like a teenagers bedroom with clothes, toys and home decor all over the sales floor, there are pallets all over the store blocking aisles and end caps where product lays and I noted multiple fire exits being blocked by vehicles. Nobody wants to work for this target according to a handful of team members and claim it’s due to the stress level of the job performance required and the way management treats them. I hope the Helena MT Target is able to find some solid team members as well as management to keep the store running with the guest experience in mind.

Pricing in this store is inaccurate and needs to be addressed by the policies of this company. I believe patrons should be aware that they maybe overcharged because this store doesn't try to maintain accuracy in their pricing or on-hand counts.

This store has become extremely mismanaged over the years and it’s so unfortunate. Most of the time that I stop by they are out of stock of whichever item I need. The employees are unhelpful at best when you ask for help, and with all the boxes and clutter that are constantly everywhere, it’s really starting to feel like Walmart. I’ve found myself shopping online at Target’s website to avoid the hassle of driving down to the store just to find out that the one item I came for isn’t in stock. I hope this store can figure it out, as it used to be a huge asset to our community.

Helena's Target just isn't the the same as it once was. Options are very slim and what's there can be a bit expensive. They have an issue with honoring their "kickback" with the store sales or current gimmick.
