All employees need to have training in customer service

Called the Staples print department to see if I could email a document to them, have them print it out, then have a the signature completed and have them scan the signature page and email back to me... the lady on the phone said they could not provide that kind of service. I'm baffled!!!

Needed to print 3 pages and asked for help, as it is not something I do regularly. I was told no he could not help as he had 85 other projects he was working on.Not a good experience.
