I just moved to the area, and this little station is TREMENDOUS on value.I called to ask a question and fell in love with the voice mail message. So much so, I'm going to have to call back so I can LISTEN to the prompts!?

Really?! Pump shutting down @ $75 worth of gas? That doesn't fill a truck! My card is not limited at other locations at this limit.

New to the area, stopped in for lunch and ordered an assortment of deli items for a mini buffet. The food was yum: corn dogs were mildly honey sweet, jalapeño poppers were creamy, the egg rolls--I could have eaten 5. Dipping sauce was unneeded. Whether previously frozen or house made, they were fried perfectly with no overused grease taste. We also got the potato salad (so good with tons of bacon), the buffalo chicken pasta (heat on the back end of that one), and broccoli salad (a little too mayonnaisey for me). Suffice to say, I can see why this place is so freaking busy at lunch. The staff are super focused, patient, and efficient so there was no lag--really how I wish all food places worked. Above all, for some one as neurotic about clean as I am, the deli case was super clean and they used proper food handling practices (yes, I pay attention to that--esp during Covid). The rest of the shop had a great assortment of groceries and beer. Pretty much a perfect shop, with great proximity to the lake ;).

I love Bob's Valley Market. It's true that they are a little more expensive but it beats a trip into town for a gallon of milk. The staff has always been helpful and friendly and the gas prices are the same as in town. It's great to have a smaller store and gas station close to home and on the way to the lake. It does a lot of business for a small store due to the location. I've never had issues with the quality of gas here.

Love the staff at Bob's!! It is like Cheers, everybody knows your name. They always greet me with a smile. Prices are higher than in town but the customer service and not having to drive in to town makes it totally worth it!

I've gotten to where I absolutely despise this place. As long as you don't need any assistance or have a question for anyone, you can grab a couple things, pay twice as much as in town and get out of there. Unfortunately, if you do need assistance then don't bother, just drive on by and head to town. I walked over to the meat department and it looked like nobody had stocked it for a while. I asked one of the deli kids if anyone was working in the meat department and he went to check. I heard them on the speaker calling for assistance there, but I waited and waited and waited........ Dropped the other items I was going to purchase and headed to town. It cost me $14.10 in town what would have cost at least $25 there. It was definitely worth the trip into town.

I really like Bobs. Great bear and wine selection, delicious choices at the deli and the staff are all so nice and efficient. The only reason I didn't give them five stars is because they are incredibly expensive. I only buy the essentials as a last resort. I've heard this same complaint from friends and family too.
