3171 Bozeman Ave, Helena“They were able to help get a package to ATL overnight by 10:30am the following morning. Very small lobby, but they did have a small selection of packing and shipping materials for sale (bubble mailers, boxes, bubble wrap and tape). It felt like this was a location more suited to business shipping.”
“The service is very nice but they take a very long time. Not unusual for a post office but waiting in line takes forever. Decent sized parking lot so there’s plenty of signs for trucks and sedans. Very clean and well-kept.”

867 Blaine St, Helena“I was scared to go due to the previous bad reviews. Everyone is on edge lately and I am personally exhausted and on my last nerve. But I had no problems. And the lady who helped me was pleasant, knowledgeable and careful not to cover the writing on the corner of my postcards. Grateful for small things like that. Thank you! Update: My postcards to Canada were not received :(”
“Always treated like a customer should be treated here at UPS. They are a little more expensive than the post office and depends on the package and where it’s going, they can be more expensive than FedEx. The fact that I know my package will get there on time and the tracking is top-notch, I will never use another carrier!”
“The young man who chashiered the last two times I was there is very polite and knows his stuff. He helped me set up the Staples Connect app in my phone. Another associate was quick to assist us and helped haul out two heavy, unassembled chairs.”
“I like our UPS store. They are always kind and professional. They will give me comparisons in price, arrival times, insurance value for both UPS and USPO. They always have enough workers so wait times are usually short. Great place to ship.”
