The property is accessible always and never closes. It gives me peace of mind knowing that I can have access to my stored belongings or can bring items to store at any time of day for whatever reason. It has a pin code secured gate and security fence as well as cameras.

My brother passed away Aug. 29 so I paid on his storage and Lynn was super nice and understanding. Price is right. Recommend.

I don't know if Security Storage even reads this review. I don't know if their company even exist anymore . I have been trying personally and members of my family have been trying to get in touch with someone from security storage from the past 2 weeks. As of the writing of this review it is June 2nd 2021. I have called their phone number numerous times only to get answering machines. There is no email address that I saw on their website in order to get in touch with them. I've been trying to get in touch with them so I could access my items on their property. Either the gate code has changed are the gate is non-functional. I'm trying to get in touch with them this way hoping that they can actually read this review. But I would suggest not doing business with this company until you can at least get in touch with them.

The people that answer the phones are super nice and helpful. I wish they would pave the dirt because it gets REALLY dusty and dirt gets all over but other than that, no complaints.

I got an email saying I moved out of my unit when I didn't a month before my actual date, and called to talk to someone and so far I have sat on hold for a half hour waiting to talk to someone. I have a 10×15 storage unit full of everything for a home for my 5 kids and I. Im a single mom. Potentially going to lose all of mine and my kids things

Awful storage unit. I've had a storage unit for four years in Philadelphia with absolutely no problems, and I've been here for less than 6 months and I've had at least one major problem a month.First of all the unit I rented was already being used by someone else. I tried explaining this to the management for MONTHS and it was like talking to a brick wall. I finally had to throw a fit to make them understand once they put a lock on my unit for failure to pay, because they still hadn't updated that the unit I was in was not what was listed.Then there was the time the power lines adjacent to the storage facility went down and I couldn't access my unit for days, even though they advertise 24/7 access. There have been many many times where I was prevented from accessing my unit for one reason or another. They advertise office hours, but I've literally never seen anyone in there, and I've checked many times.The final straw for me however was my unit got broken into, and I lost about $4500 worth of personal belongings. If you get insurance through them it only covers up to $2000, and the owners won't help you. They'll just make some bogus claim that maybe it was someone you knew, that wanted to steal your stuff, since my unit was the only one broken into at the time. But they said they would check the security cameras and wished me good luck.But that's probably because the owners are based out of Ohio, or at least are from Ohio originally. Even when you call their number it's not even someone locally, it's one of those outsourced receptionist companies that actually don't have a clue about anything related to this storage facility if you have to call them with questions. When they pronounce it Hell-Lay-Na, it's usually a dead give away. And then you usually have to wait days to even get a response, IF you even get one at all.Honestly I wish I could give this place no stars, because it was that awful. I wanted to move my stuff out a while ago, but just became super lazy, and I regret that. PLEASE learn from my mistake, don't rent here.

Frustrating that you have to ask for your first month of free storage. Should just be offered like it is on there website
