Absolutely horrible support. Bought a fridge and the freezer didn’t work right out the gate. Sears would not come look at it and the warranty company couldn’t get to it for a week and a half. Told them I wanted a refund and schedule them to pick it up. They said it’s not there problem to pick it up. Everything about buying this was like purchasing something out of a back alley. Will never buy anything from them ever again

I did not even want to give one star! These people are terrible and took advantage of my 78 year old father! He bought a brand new push weed eater here and they said they had to order it. My father figured they were just out of stock. When it was delivered, it did not work. He took it in and they told him would take up to 2 months for repair! He asked for a refund and they told him they were not Sears and he would have to go to Sears.com! They didn't know anything here or have any phone numbers! These people are awe full and highly recommend staying far away from this place!!!!!

bought the kenmore elite fridge a couple of years ago--so far, the freezer handle is loose, the ice maker quit(apparently the ice maker door isn't tight enough and ice get around the rubber seal) and the shelves are not even--and the dang thing is impossible to keep the outside clean--always streaky no matter what product 'for stainless' I use. I hate the dang thing and feel I have been taken to the cleaners.
