We've been repeat customers at Ruckers and have never been disappointed with our purchases there. We try to be frugal with our purchases, but really appreciate their quality furniture and fair pricing. Dealing with Calvin and Scotty has been top shelf. No pressure, plus helpful suggestions and insights from their experience, have guided us with our purchases and never a regret. Their candor and recommendations, plus a lot of patience with our shopping process, makes it easy for a 5-star review. The delivery crew has also gone out of their way to be so helpful.

We had an awesome experience with Calvin Rucker at Ruckers this past week. We rarely buy brand new but after spending time on the showroom floor and getting helpful insight from Calvin, we left with a decision to make. We came back the next day and bought the couch we both liked best. Thanks to all the staff for carefully wrapping all the pieces and having it ready to go when we came back to purchase it. We love it!!

I have spent a lot of money at this store. The last time I was there the salesman could have cared less if we bought or not. We wanted a recliner. We found one we liked but the lever was so stiff it was nearly impossible to recline. The salesman assured us it would loosen up but when we got it home we found that we couldn't recline it at all. We had not even sat in it at home. We hadn't even had it a day and wanted to return it but they said they would do nothing about it. We could return it with a 50% return charge. We only had it one day. I will never be back to that store!!!!

Great selection. Awesome staff. Fantastic prices. They work with you to find the right piece of furniture. We've now bought several pieces from them. All fantastic quality. Delivery is on time and quick.

Not only are their prices great, but they have furniture IN STOCK!! Scotty, and the other man that helped us (sorry I didn’t get his name) were both great! Scotty was well aware of what he had in stock in the size we needed, which made shopping a breeze. We will definitely be shopping here again in the future

Longtime Helena residents stOpped by here today. Came away impressed with the people there and their willingness to work with us.. On The other hand we went to the new Furniture Design Center (next to Hobby Lobby) and I came away totally convinced that they have microphones over many sections of the store so they can tune in to customer conversations. Just walk in and look up at ceiling for yourself - you'll see them hanging down from the ceiling all over both showrooms. My wife and I said something quietly to each oTher in a distant corner of the showroom, with no one around, about a rug underneath a coffee table being a trip hazard, and within a minute two of the store's men walked over to adjust the rug. Probably oK for them to do in their own store, but ethically I have to question it. Anyways, we went to Ruckers the next day and are buying a couch there, low pressure salesman will win it every time for me. They didn't have the exact model of flexsTeel couch we were looking for but they were able to order it for us. Customer earned.

A very positive experience. The salesman was actually a Rucker. We enjoyed his service and expertise in showing us options, listening to our feedback and using that to refine what he showed us next.We were amazed at how big the store is and the huge selection. We found a sofa and matching recliner we fell in love with.

My brother and I spent several days searching for emergency recliner and dresser and Ruckers came to the rescue. They opened the outlet store early to accommodate our schedule and also were able to deliver the furniture immediately; which was very welcomed in our situation. I would recommend Rucker’s for the kind of service you don’t find much anymore!
