Great rooms with a full kitchenette, tub, work space, single bed, and spacious. Staff is amazing and genuinely polite! Free breakfast, fresh homemade apple cider, fireplace and TVs in lobby. Shuttle is 5 minutes from the airport.

I needed two rooms and there was lots of confusion with the front desk staff around the type of room we were looking for. I was using the actual terms the Marriott website uses to describe the rooms. Eg, one bedroom suite with 2 queens, and a studio room. Subsequently I ended up getting a room where the beds were in the kitchenette area and there was a separate room with a sofa bed. I had told the desk clerk that I was looking to put the kids to bed in the bedroom, then have time for food prep in the kitchenette. It was late and we were all tired, so I just did a work around by putting the kids to bed in the sofa bed that was in the separate room. That seemed like it would work until we realized you’re unable to close the bedroom door when the sofa bed is pulled out. Quite the design flaw. Additionally, the room was quite dirty and there were no outlets near the beds/night stands.

This hotel makes a very taste apple cider. The staffs are very courteous. Great place to stay. Gym not so big but they have an indoor pool.Rooms: Clean and neatSafety: Very safe place to stay.

Was woken up at 12:16 AM to what sounded like an alarm clock that I never set, but after some searching I found that the annoying noise (see/listen to video) was actually coming from the furnace panel on the wall by the bed. It went on for several minutes, so I knew I needed to take action to get it to stop. Called down to the front desk and was told that this happens in some rooms from time to time. Why is this allowed to happen ever? Unacceptable! Thankfully, within a couple of hours I was able to get back to sleep. But it’s ok, over the phone, the front desk staff walked me through how to get into the breaker box and reset the furnace. Couldn’t believe that was a task I was being asked to do at that hour! Then in the morning, after a rough night, I got downstairs at 8:56 to grab a couple quick bite before checking out, but found that the breakfast area had already closed…wasn’t supposed to close until 9. Seriously! Please stop cutting corners and making it hard for guests to enjoy their stay! There’s more I could say about the condition of my room and issues I had, but instead I’ll just quickly wrap this up and say I certainly have no plans to stay here again!

Our visit started out great. It was my daughter’s 6th birthday. We reserved the room over a month ago & spoke with staff regarding party. We were told people book rooms to have parties ALL the time. When our guests arrived the front desk lady Carmen approached me & asked if any more guests were coming because we we were over our limit. We were never told there was a limit but I let her know everyone had arrived. Kids were having a blast! We were told we couldn’t have food in pool area so we staged food in room & guests go back n forth. When it was time to sing happy birthday we carried cake over to light candles & celebrate the little one turning 6. Instantly Carmen showed up yelling that we couldn’t have food at the pool. I explained that we were only singing. The cake would be cut in the room & guests would eat in room. She preceded to be extremely unprofessional. She yelled so loud kids were crying & all of their parents were extremely uncomfortable. My daughter was heartbroken on her 6th birthday. We took the cake to the room & Carmen came to the room to confront me. My mom & friend we at the door & she threatened them. I’m blown away! I’ve never experienced anything like this & have stayed at hotels all over the country. Carmen is the most unprofessional staff member I’ve ever encountered at any hotel. She made kids cry & threatened elderly ladies

Kelsey welcomed us like we were her guests at her home and wanted us to be the most comfortable. Suggested 3 rooms per my room request, showed us 1 but not my fave so she assigned us a great room on the top floor which was quiet, beautiful views. Staff in morning were just as kind, not just front desk but maintenence guys and housekeeping. True Marriott customer service!!! Kudos to you all. Beds comfy, room perfect. We stayed here 10 years ago and will never stay anywhere else when in Helena.

This is a beautiful and conveniently located Marriott. The amenities are five star with an indoor pool, splash pad, hot tub and gym. The property is exquisite:) Breakfast is fabulous! The people are so nice! Very quiet for sleeping. I rated the room a little lower because Marriott beds used to be so very comfortable. For me the beds are not as comfortable. I realize it’s a personal opinion but their beds are now on the firm side and what appears to be memory foam, for someone like me with arthritis and back issues, it’s a killer to sleep on your side on Marriott beds. Also, the tub/shower at this hotel was plugged and I found myself ankle deep in water. There also was no body wash in the dispenser which I didn’t realize until I was already in the shower. I did call the front desk about the shower and they apologized. Mostly it is a lower rating for Marriott beds but this property.

Very spacious and beautiful inside. Great service and friendly staff, felt like I was being treated like family. It's conveniently located close to the airport. It has a great pool and hot tub and even a splash pad for kids. The breakfast was delicious, they had a good variety to choose from and room for everyone to sit down and enjoy their meal in peace. Beautiful lobby.

Great hotel rooms! Had a super nice suite with a small kitchen and refrigerator. Service over the phone and at the front desk was helpful, prompt and professional!

Best hotel in Helena.....hands down! I love the rooms and they are always very clean. We are picky and yet this establishment is always very neat, orderly, and clean.

Superior hotel and staff. Prices are pretty steep but well worth it. I've stayed there on 3 separate occasions for multiple days. Look forward to my next stay.
