The folks at R & R bailed me out of a really sticky situation in the middle of nowhere on short notice, and were incredibly kind and understanding. I cannot recommend these people enough.

I was a snowbird RVer on my way home to Canada. I received excellent service on several levels this past April (2020) from this family-owned and operated service when my 28ft Class C motorhome’s driveshaft broke down on the highway just south of Helena:• I’ve had occasional breakdowns in the past - this was the first time my rig was quickly and competently towed;• this happened on a Friday afternoon - I stayed in my rig in their work yard over the weekend - three of the quietest nights of sleep during my trip;• while they committed to looking at the driveshaft on Monday they were able to start doing so on the Saturday;• they gave me an honest estimate (written) of the repairs based on probable parts required...and finding that the parts would not be an issue, the actual cost of repairs ended up being HALF of the estimate and VERY reasonable;• the work was COMPLETED and I was on my way early Monday afternoon;• the office staff were Covid-conscious;• everyone was pleasant to deal with. I would recommend R & R to anyone for both towing finesse and for mechanical repairs of large vehicles.

Unbelievable. R&R is the go place for your heavy haul and diesel repair needs. Call them, they will take care of your needs. Needed them on McDonald pass with a brake issue. Jonathan showed up, fixed it and sent me on my way. Call them, they'll take of you.

Would NOT recommend this place. Went in on Saturday by 9 AM, didn't look at my truck until Monday. Took all day to determine had 2 bad injectors. Didn't receive parts until Thursday and didn't have my truck complete until noon Friday. Sticker shock is an understatement when they handed me the bill for over $4500. They charged me for over 22 hrs labor plus put a huge markup on the parts and still charged me for the freight. Talking with other shops, this should have been about 3-5 hrs worth of work. And seriously...3 days waiting on injectors?? When I got i my truck to leave, I discovered that they unplugged my ELD and didn't bother to plug it back in. Here's hoping that nothing else was "overlooked" putting it all back together.

Was billed/charged for 9.5 hours of labor to diagnose radiator leak and take it out and put it back in. (The actual repair of the radiator was done at a different shop which we were billed separately for). We know it took nowhere near 9.5 hours of labor as we were in our bus as it was repaired. While we were in their shop I can’t tell you how many staff swore constantly (f*ck was heard over 40 times) -including one of the secretaries and one mechanic used the N word once. Yes they got us back on the road quickly but they way overcharge and are highly unprofessional.

Excellent service. Busted a drive axle lateral control arm to the frame and they got me in and started same day, fixed, and charged less than I expected. Ran me back n forth to the hotel, too. Very nice folks over there.
