Took my Kia in over a year ago. Was charged $90 to be told that my engine is failing and that I needed to get it to the Kia dealership in Missoula. It wouldnt accelerate and would go above 60, was told that I could get an oil change and it may go another week. I got the oil change and was devestated because I didnt have the money to try a trade in and was too scared to even try the pass. Fast forward OVER A YEAR later my car is still somewhat running and wont accelerate so I only go to work and home. Finally the kia went in to what I assume is "limp mode" and I cant go over 40. My nephew misses school and we take it to Meineke.
Spark. Plugs. Firing in the ceramic part.
instead of a tune up, now I am paying for spark plugs, my system flushed an oil change and I also after $540 dollars later was in for another $30 because of the buildup in my catatlytic converters. Also out the $90 I spent for Prestige to tell me basically my car had zero hope.
MEINEKE is where I go now. I am so dissapointed in Prestige.

I brought my teenaged kids car into them and asked them to make sure it's safe. they gave me a list of items that needed to be fixed and rated them on importance of safety and convenience. it was great. we made a plan to fix those safety items right away and waited on the others. they are great to work with and are always friendly and helpful.

My mom brought her car here for some odd noise coming from the wheel. These guys fixed it for her and also ordered the parts for her to get her window regulator fixed. Prices are very reasonable and the service was great. I would definitely recommend.
