Would be 5 stars if not for the leaking roof but if repairs are soon then I 1000% recomend it. Lots of good equipment that you don’t need a spotter for and good music tastes while being super adorable. Staff is delightful

Was in town working on official business wanted to have a place to still workout;Overall decent gym; cardio equipment is iffy,sometimes it works sometimes it doesn’t. Overall staff were friendly and the atmosphere is nice. Decent location right across from the Ramada Hotel.

Pictures don’t do it justice. It’s a nice clean alternative to the big places. Also only 5 bucks for a day pass if your passing through town.

I originally started personal training sessions with Jon to strengthen my left shoulder and get extra mobility due to an accident. As well as overall health issues. I was skeptical to begin with but after three months I feel completely different with how I feel. Down four inches my waist so far as well. I know at times my sessions will push me to limits of what I think I can do. I am extremely impressed with the knowledge and positive attitude of Jon and his wife Michelle. Thank you!

The friendliest gym I’ve ever been to, without being too talkative. Windows that look outside instead of a just a wall. Helps when you can’t be outside. You will feel welcomed here. Just go!

The drop-in charge at Premier is incredibly reasonable. As a frequent traveler to Helena, this gym has everything I’m looking for in terms of flexibility, equipment, and location. The owners are friendly and supportive to all their guests!

We had never visited this gym before. The Owners of this gym are so incredibly thoughtful and nice. The Santa Clause set they put together was one of a kind and so generous. They could have easily charged per photo for something so professionally put together. Our Daughter gave Santa her letter - on our way out The Owners grabbed our info and then sent a one of a kind return letter from Santa. I wish you could have seen the pure joy on her face when she opened the letter and we read it aloud! From the bottom of our hearts - thank you! I will refer everyone I know to you because of your kindness.

Extreme fat loss. Michelle, also the owner, is very involved. Very clean and I enjoy the the members. Always able to find equipment. Most excited about the team working with my personal meal planning.
