I've used Point S locations in Billings, Missoula and Miles City. I recently move to Butte and needed services for my car. After calling locally I made the call to Helena. From the first phone call I received friendly, information, professional service. When I arrived I received a friendly greeting. My service was done quickly and under what I was quoted. I love that I never recieve a high pressure upsell. Every location is great. I've been a loyal Point S customer for nearly a decade. Helena you are a great shop. I will always make the drive it is totally worth it

Worst experience ever. They put my family in danger and were ok with it. I spent over $6,000 and still had to have someone else fix their work. Absolutely disgusted with this company and the manager.

We were shopping used cars and these guys got us in the same day and only charged us for the 1!2 hour. Excellent, friendly, professional and efficient! Way to go guys! We will definitely be back.

Wonderful place! They fixed my 2 tires super fast, had instant availability, and it was surprisingly inexpensive. They were also so kind and considerate- wonderful customer service. 10/10 would recommend!

Just discovered that one of my front brake lines was not reattached and one of the two bolts is missing from a recent brake job. This is the second issue I’ve had with Point S.

DISGUSTED in every other auto shop I've ever been to in my life.
These guys had a great environment. They were super informative & helped me with a few small issues I overlooked that would've turned into bigger problems.
Hugh gave me some awesome history lessons on Helena that I greatly appreciate.
I've never felt more taken care of.
