“These guys have been awesome whenever I have come in for work or even a question. Rarely have i ever had to wait. Over the winter I came in cause I thought I broke my windshield wiper blade. They were able to fix it without charging me. My last visit, I was hoping they could assist me as my fan was broken in my vehicle and blowing hot air. They assisted me by explaining that even though they couldn't do the work, what was wrong with the vehicle and what assistance I should ask for at a shop. Even though they couldn't fix my fan they were able to rotate my tires, give me an oil change, replace my air filter (which had been chewed up by rodents) and do my transmission. I have been going to these guys for the last year and a half and have never regretted it! They have done awesome work for me! Thank you!”
“Paid more for oil change but service was good. My time is valuable. I didn't want to wait in line at the other places. I called ahead while waiting in line at another place. And they had no lines. It was 100 degrees out. So I like the convenience to get in and out.”
“Battery replacement under warranty: an hour, start to finish including testing the old battery. Would have been faster but I forgot to leave them the keys, and their software isn't user friendly.”

“All staff interactions were positive and friendly. I was greeted quickly and directed to which lane would be quicker and the wait estimate. They were busy but still all had good attitudes. My oil change was done quickly. They aren't high pressure sales, they tell you what services are due/recommended but don't push. My visits are usually good but this last time I was especially pleased with the service.”
