I have been waiting for over 2 weeks to get an item delivered to me. They are always canceling or not showing up! Should of just went to the store and bought the item myself. What a pain in the butt.

Do NOT use this company! They lack any sense of business customer skills whatsoever, they're rude, and their communication is horrible! I'd been waiting for over a week when my package was in Helena for two days. I had to call them to even find out where it was. when they did show up I had 5 minutes notice and were going to leave it out in the street. these people are horrible.

Had an item shipped from Florida a water heater from another shipping company that transferred it to North Park transportation which is where the item went missing. After talking to the attendant who immediately told me that these things happen all the time in trucking and to just order a new one no big deal. It's a pretty big deal when you have no hot water at your house and you are waiting for something to come. I had to chase my tail with them for a week getting responses from the other company saying that they have found it and is ready for delivery I would call North Park they would say that that is incorrect. All I can assume is someone decided they needed it more than I did. Extremely poor company to deal with do not ship anything with them if you want to see it in a timely manner or ever for that matter.

After dealing with numerous LTL carriers in Helena, MT i found North Park who are the nicest people. It feels good to meet people who are still so down to earth and truly helpful. They gave me an amazing price for freight and went above and beyond all expectations. If ever you get a chance to use them i would highly recommend them.
