My trimmer works well now, and I got good info on fuel and product care. But I was informed it would probably take 6 weeks. It took 14 weeks. I never got a phone call until it was finished. (I did drop in once and my husbsnd started calling). I never got an estimate on cost. For the cost and loss of use, I would have a new machine.
