Dr. Culver was exceptional! We had a great experience at this clinic with our Bulldog. She took great care of us and gave us good insight. We went for an ophthalmology exam.
Price is expensive, but on par with industry standard.

We switched to Montana Veterinary Specialists (now Spring Meadow Vet) a couple years ago. We take both of our dogs and we are always appreciative of the personable and professional staff. Dr. Brenda and Dr. Molly are caring, thorough, and communicative. They prioritize quality of care (and walking us through all options) over cost. They put our pups at ease every visit, and I would recommend them without hesitation.

Wonderful vet hospital. They took great care of my cat and made sure to address every concern I brought up. Best of all, they are incredibly affordable. I cannot recommend them enough!

Our numerous animals have been clients of this clinic for many years. We have always been pleased with the care that they have received.
In November, 2023 our two year old goldendoodle, Annie, was involved in a horrific accident. Based on the severity of her injuries, we questioned putting her down. Dr. Brenda and her staff worked tirelessly to save her. Her treatment was very involved and time consuming. Again, Dr. Brenda and her staff went above and beyond to do everything needed in order for Annie to recover. The care she received was amazing. Annie actually enjoyed her daily trips to the clinic to see her “friends” and to have her dressings changed. It was a testament to the level of care and attention she received. Annie has fully recovered. We are grateful for everything that Dr. Brenda and her staff did.
We will be getting a puppy in a couple of weeks. We feel confident knowing that Dr. Brenda will be Gracie’s veterinarian.

I recently visited Spring Meadow to get a second opinion on my dog's prolonged coughing and retching. I was so pleased with how my dog was treated! Zooey did our intake and was so kind and engaging and interested in noting down all the details of his condition. Then Dr. Molly Maddock came in and got down on the floor herself to greet my nervous dog, which put him at ease. Her exam and information were so thorough and clear, lining out step by step how we were going to get to the bottom of the coughing. We are so grateful and will definitely return to Spring Meadow!

They used to be great when they were Montana Vet Specialists. Since they rebranded, though, I’ve been so disappointed in the care we’ve received. Dr. Maggie is great, but doesn’t do surgery. Dr Molly has awful bedside manner, and made us do/pay for multiple visits and blood tests before they would refer us to a specialist in Bozeman—after being told that they could perform the “easy” surgery there. After botching a blood draw and not referring us after 3 calls to remind them to send in the GD referral, I’m over it. We’ll be finding a new vet. I can’t recommend them anymore.

Aw man, this place used to be so good before the rebrand. I was over the moon to have found a quality vet in town, and we loved them! However, things have degraded in a huge way since the rebrand. We have somehow gotten slotted to see Dr Molly instead of Dr Maggie (who is so cool, but doesn't perform surgery). Dr Molly has such awful bedside manner, has signed us up for multiple rounds of tests instead of consolidating them into one visit, botched a blood draw and made us come back the next day, and it took no less than three calls to Spring Meadow to ensure our referral was sent to Bozeman. Each time we were told it went through and to NOT call Bozeman. Each time, they had neglected to do it. I called Bozeman, against their advice. They confirmed that no referral had been sent after WEEKS of requesting it. Called again and they finally, finally sent it--but no apology to us. I'm over it. There are better vets in town. It doesn't help that after many, many appointments for testing recently, I just received an email from them that it's time for our annual preventive visit. Get it together.

I have really liked and appreciated every vet and technician here that has worked with my pets. I trust that they treat my animals with the same level of care they would give to their own. They have always answered any questions I have, whether in person or over the phone. They are great with my cats and dogs, and while they don’t see exotic animals, they gave me a phenomenal referral for my lizards.
I was super impressed that they were able to clear up all symptoms of herpesvirus in my cat. This has been first and only vet clinic to suggest a treatment option other than the antibiotic injections that never worked in the past. Kitty is feeling so much better and I am thrilled to see it!!
I’ve been to shady, poorly managed vet clinics in the past, but Spring Meadow could not be more different. I haven’t taken my pets in for emergencies so I can’t speak to their care in those situations, otherwise I would give 5 stars.

We've come here for a couple years now, we've had a good experience with them this far.

Care and professionalism was acceptable, but vet wanted to go forward with extensive testing. It seemed like the vet was more concerned with not leaving any money on the table than with treating the scary infection in the most straightforward way. Went to another vet that administered antibiotic immediately and cleared the issue up in about one day. Won't go back.

I was very honored to be referred to MVS and have Dr. Brenda care for my 11 year old dog Drago. He had an eye issue and Dr. Brenda did everything in her power to save the eye, but unfortunately it had to be removed. I was very distraught and considered euthanasia because I just didn’t think quality of life was there. Dr. Brenda reassured me that he would be ok and he would still be the same old dog. She was right. He lived the next 20 months as he deserved to live, resting his tired old worn out body after a life of playing and walking everywhere. He was a local celebrity in his heyday. I was very thankful for her recommendation and encouragement. Even though I lived almost 90 minutes away I continued to take him to Helena for care because he deserved it. As most larger elderly dogs do, his hips were the first to give. I said goodbye to him on 7/25/23 and Dr. Brenda was the one who helped him go to sleep for the last time. He was my best friend and I will always love him. He helped me grow as a person. Although he’s not with me right now in body, our souls are bonded forever. Do not give up hope and faith when you lose a soul close to you. I promise they will always be with you, whether you can feel them or not. Thank you Dr. Brenda and your staff.
