Went in to get a slow leak fixed and the one person working was chatting with another customer while working on his car. He told me he would get to me after he finished that one and told me I must wait in the waiting area as no customers were allowed in the work area. I went in and sat down. The customer he was chatting with remained in the work area and he very slowly started to remove the tires, I waited for over an hour and three tires were off, they were still chatting and really no work was being done. The customer was in the work area the entire time. I finally left as it was clear it would have been another hour or two and there was no interest in helping anyone. He only wanted to chat with his friend. After going there for years, I won’t be returning again.

Had slow leak. Went in at 7am and out at 7:30. Good service, reasonable price.

Stopped by on a Saturday afternoon 0730 with a tire going flat. Was informed that there were two in front of me to which I understood. Since I had people out of town waiting on my I politely asked for an approximate wait time. The guy in there rolled his eyes, huffed up and very gruffly said 30-45 minutes. Okay, no worries... wait my turn. Second truck gets done and they stand and talk for approximately 20 minutes to which I have now been waiting an hour... still okay. What was not okay was after I got my car in the serviceman felt that chatting with a non customer was more important than sticking to a timeline. That chatted for about anothet 10 minutes before I asked if it was going to be much longer since it was now just before 0900. Again technician huffed and told his friend that he better get back to work before a tantrum was thrown. (I had been in my car most of this time playing a game on a tablet and this was the first time I had asked about anything but the time.) His buddy made some nasty comment about patience as he walked out also. He then takes my tire off ad it cannot be fixed. Said he was gonna go look for another spare yet did not. He Walked to the door poked his head out and then came back in and said he did have anything. Did not even look at the size or type of tire. On my way out of town, i stopped at Kohler and they had me in and out 10 minutes sooner than they promised and they had more people lined up and i was on my way with a new set of tires that they even reduced price on due to my experience at Montana tire ( i felt pretty defeated at this time and was gonna end my trip). I used to go there for my tires and this being the second HORRIBLE experience will not recommend or return.

Driving through Montana and found the largest hole in our tire. They had the thing fixed and we were back on the road in less than 20 minutes and charged a fair price.
