This place is horrible. They put my friend in a car she will be paying 3 times as much as it is worth. And they say she didn't have to pay for first 40 days but then one month later she has a past due on her account. She has had some things happen in her life that is making it hard to get things caught up so she called and tried to figure out what she can do. She was even willing to give it back and they were no help and said if you don't pay we will just ruin your credit. It has to be against the law how they are taking advantage and hurting this lady is disgusting. They are no help and they should not even have put her in this vehicle. She needs a vehicle and the high pressure sales person saw that and took advantage of her . And will not let her get a different loan, trade in the car or anything. She is stuck. It makes me so upset and I will never do any business with this place at All. I wish there was something I can do but this review I feel is just the first step. If anyone knows the law and if there is something she can do please help. She is a single mother and this vehicle is destroying her life. I mean there has to be something people can do when there is a life challenging thing happen in there life and they are no longer able to pay to get out of that without it destroying everything that have work for.

This was the worst experience I have ever had. After delivering the truck to me at a rest stop on a Sunday morning no paperwork in the truck. no 40 day sticker tanno cover was missing, absolutely no gas in the truck, had to wait 3 hrs for an emailed 40 day sticker after calling over and over before I could drive the truck had my 11 year old daughter with me. After finally getting the email went to drive the truck and the delivery driver had taken the key fob with him and had left. After getting the fob right rear blinker did not work parking assist did not work and has a ticking sound when first started. I have brot this up to the company and they have done absolutely nothing about it After I got a clear everything works perfectly from there shop. I have called emailed and texted and just keep getting the run around with them.

Bought a new 2023 Ram Rebel while visiting in September 2023. The salesman was amazing and the purchase of the vehicle went well. However, I currently have a driveway ornament since the registration has expired and they have yet to get the paperwork in order. They do not return calls in a timely manner and apparently do not know how to do their jobs when it comes to titling and registration. I had to call and inform then how it was to be done after they had 45 days to get it done. Still waiting on the title work to be completed and I cannot legally drive the new vehicle I purchased. I have called the Business Office with no response along with the finance manager with no response for over a week after leaving him 4 voicemails. The salesman reached out to me and he is attempting to get things done. Still nothing after 3 days since I explained to him in detail what I needed to be sent and whom to send it to. I am very unhappy at this point since I have a vehicle I cannot drive and have to get to many medical appointments coming up. I hope they get their act together very soon as I will be filing a Better Business Bureau complaint very soon. It should not take 48 days to send some paperwork correctly and have the temporary registration expire and not be able to send me another once since this is their incompetence. I will update this when or if this is resolved. They also have not even attempted to make things right at this point or make a sincere offer of good will. Sad

The buying experience with Matt was amazing. I bought a new dodge and was elated to do buisness with Lithia. Until my car started having problems. My car sat at the dealership for weeks on end as the service department waited on parts. I was never updated and had to make numerous calls to various departments in order to get any update on my vehicle. I was also told that it wasn’t an issue for me to have a loaner car for the long periods of time because Dodge was paying the dealership for it. Sounded great for Lithia however Dodge wasn’t paying my payment for a car I couldn’t drive. I picked my car up a multitude of times after being told it was fixed only to turn my car on in the parking lot or only a few miles from the dealership and have the same service notification pop up. My car sat at the dealership for four weeks and wasn’t touched with the exception of a new battery that didn’t fix the issue. Again with no update I drove to the dealership to get some type of answer. The service department said they were banking on a buy back and therefore didn’t fix my car. I truly tried to maintain a respectful attitude. However it was frustrating to have my car sit there months and weeks on end with no update and no resolution. On many occasions I was made to feel bad about my frustration. I was given a loaner with a tire pressure issue multiple times and every time I turned it in I made them aware. Yet every time I was given it again it had the same issue. I also was given a loaner that the check engine light came on and I had to miss work. But I was told by the finance department that I basically should feel lucky that lithia provided me the loaners. I have been given every excuse in the book for the lack of communication. I have my car now and I am dealing with the same issues that again were not fixed. This has caused me so much stress and has even lead to me being physically ill on a few occasions. At this point I have realized I was simply a sale for the dealership.

Had an scheduled oil change and tire rotation at 2. Finished with my vehicle at 4:20. They take forever to change the oil. Then I leave the dealership and get down by the bowling alley and get a flat so I drive it back to the dealership. They tell me a inside valve stem got cut somehow. Another hour at the dealership and don’t take any responsibility for the cut valve stem and charge me. Them tires have been on the vehicle all summer and never had a problem until they touched the tires. Never going there again. Lost all respect for their customer service.

I left a review yesterday for my salesman Casey. That 5 star review was for him only. I can't say that for the dealership. I am from Texas and when I purchased my jeep Tristan told me he would issue me a 90 day tag after the 40 day tag was about to expire so I could make it back home legally. When I needed the 90 day tag he was unable to get that for me. He said it wasn't legal in Montana and said who told me that. I told him that he did. Well after that fiasco about 2 weeks later I went in and canceled my extended warranty. I signed the document that day. He let it set on his desk and dated I Sept 23rd. I left Montana on September 1st. 3 weeks before the date on the document. So now I have to pay for the warranty for those 2 months that it should have been canceled. He did this to profit from it for those 2 months. He cannot be trusted. I have left 2 voice messages on lithia cares voice mail and sent 2 emails.No response from anyone. I think it should be titled lithia doesn't care. I can't recommend anyone to finance their vehicle through Tristan. If you do you better be very wary and thorough. He is very pushy and slick

From the moment I walked into the service department door I was greeted and professionally taken care of, I was updated on the progress of work being done, and asked if there was anything I needed while I waited. The service manager was extremely helpful and even followed after I left I had left with my vehicle to ensure I was happy with the results of my visits. I highly recommend this lithia dealership to any and all individuals that want prompt service, professional maintenance, and curious helpful maintenance mangers helping them...Thanks again

Our salesman Jory listened to what we were looking for and never rushed the truck search. Jory was calm, knowledgeable of the product, and showed us all the vehicles we were looking for, even when we almost changed our mind during the signing of the paperwork, and requested to check 2 different trucks at the last moment. The finance person was very knowledgeable and made the final part of the sales transaction smooth and easy. He was very friendly and personable. We had some terrible sales experience from other local dealers, this was by far the best and certainly stress free buying experience we encountered. This dealership had the perfect car for me but I wasn’t able to make it down there to get the car in person. They were able to have me sign all of the documents electronically and even delivered the car for a small fee! They helped me get a loan as well! I love the car and and super happy with my transaction!

Bought a 2023 Dodge Ram 2500. Love the vehicle. Delayed in receiving when the salesman discovered the drivers seat was malfunctioning. Appreciated the salesmen discovering the issue but wonder how it missed quality control before I showed up.With 4000 miles the bug guard on the hood flew off breaking and scratching the wind shield. Called and left a message Thursday. Call never returned. Tried again Saturday no response. Tried sales who reached me Monday promising to get a hold of the service department. Called the store Manager Tuesday. Left a message.Service is much better when you are buying and piss poor at 4000 miles

Our salesman Jory was excellent. Everything else was not. We were sold a vehicle with a faulty, air conditioner, and promised that it would be warranted by our local dealer, which it was not. The extended warranty salesman was incredibly pushy, and it’s been nearly 2 months and we have not received our registration. Not the best experience, would not recommend.
