I called another company to check out a friends CHECK ENGINE light on his Tiffin 380 Cummings & they didn’t work on those diesels, so she recommended J&D. We were traveling so only had 3 days. I spoke to Tye & he got them in the next day. It ended up just needing g to be reset & they only charged $112 to check the whole rig. Very nice & very fair! Highly recommend!

We were rescued on the interstate by 2 men who towed our RV to their shop. The towing process was great. But that's where it ended.
Customer service was lacking by the man who runs the shop. We were told there was a possibility that our RV could be looked at that day but if not, it would be the next morning. My husband and myself sat inside the RV all afternoon. Around 4pm I went into the office asking if we could get an update. I was only seeking information. I was made to feel that I was asking "too much" and being a bother. I assumed he was just having a bad day.
The next day (after spending the night in the parking lot) the RV was brought into the shop. We were told that a part needs to be ordered and they will not receive it until the end of August. I then asked when the RV will be moved out of their shop not knowing that everyone was at lunch. I then asked that when lunch was over if our flatbed tow trailer for my car can be brought out so we can get it ready and packed to drive back home to Nevada. A truck was moved out of the way and I was told to go ahead. I went out to the trailer and it was standing alone. I thought it was crazy that I had to go back inside to explain that I can't remove the car unless it's hooked up to something. I asked if after lunch that could be done.
About 20 minutes later the shop manager was walking out of the building. I heard the statement "Look at me, I'm important". This obviously was being said about me. He surprised me when he came back in and said he wanted my car keys. He had hooked up the trailer and brought it out front. He acted like the heavens had opened up just for me. Needless to say I didn't want to be bothersome and drove the car off myself.
This was a stressful situation and made all the more stressful by his attitude. He either hates his job or hates dealing with a female. Maybe he is bipolar. I don't know. My husband is speech impaired. I have to handle every business aspect of our lives. I am not by any means a difficult person and I am very patient. I was biting my tongue with every interaction I had.
The rest of the employees were very pleasant, friendly and courteous especially the parts man John who came out and talked to us in the waiting area.
I will be extremely relieved when this is all over. I might update this review at a later date after we come back to Montana to pick it up.
I received NO paperwork, work order or written estimate. Was verbally told with parts and labor about $800.00

I was passing through Helena and needed an oil change. These guys got us in and out in no time. When we got there, they pulled a truck out of the bay and pulled us in...back on the road in 20-25 min.

We called on a Friday afternoon and they were able to get our motorhome in first thing Monday morning, which was great. Told them when we called we had no power on hills and believed it to be a turbo and they said they could help us. When we left around 1:30 Monday afternoon, they told us it was a possible turbo issue and they didn't work on those. Would have saved time if they had told us that on the phone Friday so we could have found someone who did. Spent today spot scrubbing our carpet to get the grease/oil out that was left from front to back. Ty was nice and easy to work with, but what a disappointment.

Matt was amazing. Went out of his way to try to figure out what was wrong with our motorhome. Had to stay a few extra days because of the Easter weekend but come Monday he was on our case finding the part we needed. Can't recommend this business enough. Very friendly professional business.

These guys are awesome! My diesel pusher RV had a leaking axle seal, and we needed it fixed before heading off to Yellowstone. Luck would have a Google search that led me to J&D, where Ty answered the phone 30 minutes before closing. He said they could do the repair and squeeze me in the next day, knowing we had to make Yellowstone. We rolled in at 10 am, and Matt made it happen, although two techs short! Matt had Audrey work on the rig, and she did a wonderful job. Matt kept me updated all the way and answered all my questions. We were on the road by 12:30. J&D to the rescue! All at a very reasonable charge! Highly recommend J&D!!

J&d truck repair and towing Ty and Matt are great people to talk to to get your big rigs worked on diesels motorhomes I had a few hiccups but ty and Matt made sure that it got done correctly no matter what great people

We broke a spring on our camper. They got us in and about 4 or5 hours later we were on our way. People were helpful and nice to and the price was better then we expected. Thanks guys.
