I was with my 2 daugters and we ended up getting Patrick as our consultant. We had the best experience in the Verizon store during the entire appointment. He explained everything he was doing as he was doing it and made sure that after transferring of all of my phone info that it was there and correct. He made the much dreaded nerve-wracking Verizon appointment a breeze. We joked and laughed the entire time and felt such at ease Patrick is the entire reason. 10/10 as far as a rep and we would ask for him 10 times over!! Thanks Patrick!!! I will also say that Brandon (short dark hair younger guy) who was helping us at a point during the appointment when the transferring wasnt working, he came over and solved the problem and knew exactly what to do. Also 10/10!!”
