Ruth on Cedar St. and the other two ladies working was absolutely amazing. I brought my 2 year old with and all 3 ladies made us feel warm & welcome as soon as we came in. Got my taxes done quick. Amazing service.

They messed up on adding my taxes. I filed in January got accepted on 1/21. I've been waiting since then. I contacted another office on Euclid and they told me that the only reason my taxes are taking forever is because the lady messed them up by adding another $850 to my child credits. I'm still waiting for my taxes and this has been the longest I have ever waited. I've only ever used hr block, Everyone else I know has their taxes!! I pay for all the extras too like the peace of mind, where they are suppose to help me figure it out but guess what they didn't!!! What's the point in paying extra when y'all dont do anything to help me get MY MONEY!!! Then in order to get my refund since hr block messed up I would have to wait until I get my taxes to receive a refund. All I can say is I'll never be using them again.
