“Unfortunately I did not get to experience the room. But the customer service was top-notch. I booked a room specifically to take my son swimming for his birthday. I got a nagging feeling that I should probably call and find out if the pool was even open first. So I called and talked to a woman named Carmen (I think that was her name!) And she informed me that no, the pool is not open, but she canceled my reservation with no penalties. I thought that was really nice! She was really pleasant and sweet on the phone too. Thank you!”

“I arrived at this hotel without a reservation. I stayed in a two-bed suite on the third floor. Everything was clean and comfortable. I didn't need to dust any surface areas, which I usually do. The pillows and towels were super fluffy and soft. I will return.

“Rooms: Seemed to be brand new facility. Room was spacious. Bathroom amenities were easy to use. Lounge type chair was unique and very comfortable. Large TV was great but unfortunately, it was the night of the Democratic National Convention and who wants to watch that!!!
Only downer was the low, low toilet without hand rails. And the handrail for the tub seemed to us to be at the wrong end.
Food and drinks: The breakfast bar was the best of all we experienced on our vacation! Yummy oatmeal, warm cinnamon rolls and "to go" bags available which we have never experienced in our 50+ years of traveling.”

“This was our 3rd time here! We would highly recommend this little motel, it is a great value for its downtown location. The room was clean and comfortable. Wifi was excellent. Staff were very nice, as is everyone we have met in Helena! Lots of bars, restaurants and history up the street -- no need to drive anywhere.”

“I am a Marriott loyalist with Titanium Status. This was my first time staying at a Delta property. For being a renovated hotel, I was very surprised at how nice it was. The indoor pool was well used by my boys. They had a great bar, and the food was nice. I recommend getting the chocolate cover cream puffs for dessert if they have them.”
“First room we were checked into had not been clean. We were switched to a different room. The fridge in the second room did not work, which wasn't good as we had cold food items. Switched rooms again. The third room had a hole in the wall where the toilet paper holder was supposed to be. The rooms were very clean and updated.”
“Highly recommend staying here during your visit to Helena. We were here for a work conference just down the block and loved the location. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. Every morning we were greeted for breakfast and always told to have a wonderful day. Thank you for making this trip easier and one to remember. All 5stars.”

“Great stay at the BW Premier in Helena in July 2024. We were traveling with our dog and stayed in a large pet-friendly room on the lower level. Through a second door in our room, we had direct access outside. The room was quiet - no noise from upstairs or nearby rooms (likely cement construction). 5-minute walk to a nearby park. Great internet access - we were able to stream shows on our laptop. Breakfast was above-average and worth checking out. Staff was very friendly. Hassle-free, excellent stay. We will stay here again.”
