Needed a wheelchair with adjustable/hinged leg supports. When I first called to inquire if they carried that style the lady who answered the phone told me no, they didn't. I was surprised because that is fairly common equipment. About an hour later a different lady called me back from the store to say the first lady was mistaken and they do carry that style. When I went into the store to look at the wheelchair/leg supports I asked if just the leg supports could be rented since we already had a wheelchair at home and just needed the hinged leg supports. I was informed they don't do that. It's a shame, would have been cheaper for the customer. The wheelchair they rented me was not as nice or in as good of condition as the one I was able to borrow from somebody on FB. So in the end, I used the wheelchair from somebody on FB with the leg supports from Home Medical Supply since they were compatible together. Seems like a waste of $80 just to rent some leg supports but we were in a pinch. When I returned the chair the store was locked and said closed but the website said they were open. I called and the employee inside just said she forgot to change the sign and unlock the door. She fixed that immediately. When we returned the wheelchair the employee really surprised me asking how my son was doing with his broken leg. I was impressed she remembered about him. That impressed me.

Clean, well organized store. Easy parking lot. I like to do business in this part of Helena. Will be back for sure.

This business was easy to find and has lots of parking and a fairly sized parking lot, which helps me. The store has good lighting and is well organized. Staff prompt and helpful. Will be back.
