The housekeeping is poor, the bathroom floor was dirty with dust along the floor boards. When you walked barefoot by the pool you left muddy footprints.

Room was clean and tidy. Breakfast ok but had to keep asking for things as they had run out. As it is isncloser to airport there were a lot of guests coming in and out at night and early hours so a little disruptive to sleep. No shuttle service and no taxi service from Helena Airport...you need Uber app.
Walkability: Nothing really within walking distance, town was 40 minute walk.

We have never been treated so poorly at a hotel. My husband has a traumatic brain injury from being hit by a car while directing traffic as an Idaho State Police sergeant. He has to have 8 hours of sleep or his brain will not work properly the next day. We got back to our room late because of a wedding the previous evening so I hung the do not disturb sign on the door. A little before 10 there was a knock on the door telling us we needed to move our car because they were redoing asphalt in there parking lot. There had been no mention of this at check in. I went down to the front desk to complain. Check out wasn’t until 11, we shouldn’t have been disturbed. The front desk manager Alisha said I was argumentative and told me to go pack up our stuff and to leave immediately. I was shocked. There weren’t any sincere apologies or understanding. I told her I was calling her boss, she told the guy who knocked on our door to just leave my vehicle and let asphalt get on it. We hurriedly packed to leave and as we were checking out the maid told us “don’t come back.” At this point my “traumatic brain injury” husbands brain shut down. The “asphalt” guy threatened to trespass him as he called him childish. This is definitely not a place to stay for a person with disabilities. They could have kindly and sincerely apologized and we would have left quietly. After my husband was hit by a car, he was in the hospital for a very long time in Idaho Falls. I had stayed (lived) at the Holiday In Express in Idaho Falls. Every employee there was exceptional. Helena could take some lessons from them. These employees were the most unprofessional, most aggressive, immature adults I have ever encountered at any hotel.

Rooms: Seemed to be brand new facility. Room was spacious. Bathroom amenities were easy to use. Lounge type chair was unique and very comfortable. Large TV was great but unfortunately, it was the night of the Democratic National Convention and who wants to watch that!!!
Only downer was the low, low toilet without hand rails. And the handrail for the tub seemed to us to be at the wrong end.
Food and drinks: The breakfast bar was the best of all we experienced on our vacation! Yummy oatmeal, warm cinnamon rolls and "to go" bags available which we have never experienced in our 50+ years of traveling.

Nice hotel. Very easy access. Plenty of parking. Rooms are clean. It is quiet. Breakfast was 30 min late to open. Looks like the eggs were not ready. I didn't mind as I only wanted yogurt and fruit. No big deal for me. The staff was polite and courteous.

I have not been this happy with a hotel stay in years! Very nice room, excellent price, and the breakfast was outstanding. All of the staff here were also very courteous and friendly. A well earned, solid five stars.

My family traveled to Helena for our daughter to attend an event there. As we check in Chey or Chay I don't know how to spell her name but she works tell 10pm. She couldn't stop grabing her self infornt of my family. She had no answers to any of our questions. But preceeded to tell us if we had anymore questions then we could find somewhere else to stay. And the only 2 questions we had, was why part of our family had paid a lower rate then us with the exact beds and days with the same party. And the other one was why our cards got charged for a different amount then the paper we sgined. Thankfully the lady that checked us out answered all of our questions and was very polite and helpful!

We are on the road back home. The rooms are clean, beds are good. The pool is nice. This was a nice relaxing stop on the long drive.Rooms: Room was clean, beds are comfortable and the pool is nice.

I came here on a business trip last week and I could not be more disappointed with the staff. They blatantly ignored me when I wanted to ask them a question and then proceeded to make comments about my skin color when I was leaving. I left for work and when I came back to my room, $200 and my work iPad was missing.Conclusion, if you're not White, don't expect a pleasant stay
