I recently joined the team at Helena Motors and I'm already feeling right at home. The warmth and professionalism here are truly remarkable. Even as a new employee, I've been welcomed with open arms and have witnessed first-hand the genuine care we extend to each other and our customers. It's refreshing to be part of a team that values both people and service so highly. Excited for my journey here!

I brought my Bronco in for an oil change and a windshield eval. Verdict was that I needed a new windshield and service confirmed they would order. Fast forward I never hear anything about the windshield after a month so I call. I get a call from the windshield specialist, who was very professional and helpful but he confirms he is not tracking a windshield for me. Service never Informed him about the need to order. He's taking care of me but service did not do their job. Another example of the poor customer service coming out of the service shop. I wish there were another Ford dealership closer I could work with. I'm just not pleased with this dealership from the sales process to my current service needs.

Service dept is always great! Attentive and fast. Sales dept not so much. Went in looking for a new truck. We wanted to try out a Tacoma and Tundra. We did..we didn't buy either. The salesman we had was arrogant, didn't have much interest in helping us and kept saying "well I have twelve people lined up to buy this truck". Okay..let the twelve people have it then. We went to another brand dealership and bought from them.

I brought my car in for oil and tire rotation. When I left my front tire was completely flat. I came back assuming they had done something to my tire and demanded it get looked at. It turns out it was just a sharp rock but they still patched my tire for free anyway. They were incredibly kind to me even though I was was being an absolute pain. Special thanks to Roger for patching my car and accepting my apologies. I highly recommend Helena Motors and they deserve a higher rating.

I took my 09 Tacoma to Helena Motors some time ago and felt I should share my experience. I told them I thought I needed u joint replacement .I had replaced one of the rear ones years earlier with a non greaseable one and felt it was failing. I have done a good deal of mechanic work in my life and even worked in a dealership shop before so had an idea of what was going on. I bought this truck new and therefore new it's history. After waiting for what I thought was an excessive amount of time to do an inspection was told I had an after market drive line and was presented with an estimate of over $500. I can only come up with two explanations: 1) The "mechanic" was incompetent. 2) DISHONESTY. P.S. I had all four of the u joints replaced as well as the carrier bearing at a local shop for less than half that price.

the worst service ever,we have brought our car in 5 times in the last month and they repeatedly tell us there is "nothing wrong with it" they have charged us for a part that didn't even fix the problem. the check engine light is on and it is disrupting our income.do NOT buy a car from them.

This is the place to visit if you want to be lied to and potentially ripped off. They advertised a 2008 Honda Accord for $5419. I went in for a test drive. I liked the car and was prepared to pay full price. They told me they were going to replace the tires and brakes because of safety concerns. They also said they would wash the car and replace the battery. Then they decided they would raise the price to $7991. Keep in mind that this car has 111,000 miles and extensive hail damage. After I complained they said they would take $6700. I feel this was an unethical and possibly illegal practice on their part. I advice caution and be very careful if you go to this dealership. I will tell every friend I have to stay away.

First off, I know my credit isn't the greatest and it doesn't need to be stated that I have bad credit, I already know thank you. They treat you like an idiot and pull all the usual sleaz tactics (manipulating numbers) to get as much money as they can. Don't give them any numbers! Negotiate each thing separately or they'll just try and push things through. Also be careful of mumbling salesman, high payments sound lower when they don't pronounce correctly.
