The salesmen were confusing. Hard to tell who to speak with. After writing the initial check for the full amount, we asked to cancel the extended warranty. Realized when I wrote the second check we had been initially charged for All Weather Package which the salesman told us would be included. They delivered the car to us and asked for a second check, and then THEY DEPOSITED BOTH CHECKS OVERDRAWING OUR ACCOUNT BY 33K+. Because of our vigilance with our checking account, we were able to sort this out quickly, starting with the bank and then getting reimbursed from the dealership for the overcharge. I love my brand new Honda CR-V. Henceforth we'll be leaving town to buy our cars.

I have been over charged for my oil change. I was billed $130 for Mobil One for 4.5 quarts of oil. Walmart sells a 5 quart jug for less than $25, Carquest less than $35. I was told they receive their supplies from Napa or Carquest. When asked to review, the parts department quoted $22 per quart of oil from their parts department. Suggest the parts department review their inventory descriptions and service advises customer if a charge of $30 becomes $130 for oil. My oil change cost me $180 for the oil and service. I am a bit upset.
