I’d give zero stars if I could because this place doesn’t deserve any. Checked in online but when we got here it didn’t show us checked in. I’ve now sat here for an hour waiting because we had to be put at the end of the line. Will never use this establishment again!!!!

I have been using Great Clips Helena for over 15 years. Jessy cut my hair for 12-13 of those years and always gave me a great haircut and great service. However, to get a cut with her and not having to wait 1-2 hours, I waited outside for 30-40 minutes prior to opening. That is asking too much. Almost every year in November, Jessy asked me if I wanted to buy the reduced rate haircuts and I always did. I still have 2 cards left with several hair cuts each. However, your inability to hire stylists make this a bad buy. I want a refund for my unused haircuts. When I bought these, you had ample stylists and walking in to get a good cut was so easy. Now, it is impossible. I have a call to corporate but I'd prefer to handle this within Helena so I can move on. By the way, I made an appointment at the Man Cave with Jesse

I stopped in last night, 6:30pm 03/07/22, at this location, two gals sitting talking, I asked if they were still open, gal stood up & said, "no, not really, we're waiting on two customers to come",,,,, hmmm The screen where you see customers names, black screen, no names. The one gal wouldn't even look at me! Either could have asked what I needed ?? But they didn't. Twice, I have tried to get just a trim, they wouldn't have to wash, except sweep up hair. Customer service ????

They should remove their sign that says walk ins welcome, because I assure you walk ins are not welcome. I arrived about 10:40am today. There was not a customer in the store or a car out front, with two employees inside. My son needed a quick cut, I usually do it at home in about 10 minutes but we had time to kill in Helena and thought I would treat him. The employee in front said she would add me to the list, it would be about 2 hours. ?? I said there wasn't anyone in there and walk ins were welcome, why couldn't they quickly cut his hair??? The other employee put her phone down and said if the next customer didn't come in before she came back from the bathroom, she would cut his hair. Well of course she took long enough in the bathroom for the next customer to come in, and the employee in front said they would send me a text in 2 hours when we could come back. I think not, I think never again.

I love the app that lets me reserve a spot and counts down the minutes till they are ready for me. I have had very good results from all the stylists though I pretty much get a basic cut.Services: Bang trim
