The manager is incompetent and a clown at best. Knows nothing of customer service, save yourself time and use UPS.

They were able to help get a package to ATL overnight by 10:30am the following morning. Very small lobby, but they did have a small selection of packing and shipping materials for sale (bubble mailers, boxes, bubble wrap and tape).It felt like this was a location more suited to business shipping.

I have packages delivered 3-4 times per week and I will literally change vendors if they ship FedEx. Fed Ex is Seriously the laziest parcel delivery service in Helena. Packages never make it to my door- if I ever get them. Zero respect for my property or packages. They are either left at the neighbors’, up the street, or at the bottom of the stairs for me to carry up when I get home. Last time I was actually home and heard the package hit my door hard as she literally threw the box from the bottom of the stairs. If you don’t like your job you should find another one. Amazingly the guys in the brown trucks never have an issue. They are respectful, timely and conscientious.

I need to speak to a live person and cannot seem to find anyone at the location or via the support number. The support number literally refuses to allow me to speak to an agent and hangs up on me. Worst service ever.

Delivered perishables (food) three days late, so they were spoiled and unsafe to eat. FedEx did not knock on the door, even though it was obvious the someone was home, which meant that I could not refuse delivery. Terrible and dangerous business practice.They also left the package at my basement door, instead of the front door.

Unlike UPS, this FedEx Ship Center Helena branch closes earlier than posted business hours (5:45pm). They didn't accept shipping tomorrow. It's a shame that this private company is doing as bad as USPS.

They left my package on the bottom floor of my apartment not even on my porch and I had to carry it up myself. The point of front porch delivery is to have it delivered to the FRONT PORCH. And my expensive package could’ve been stolen

They wouldn’t print a FedEx Ground return label for me. The lady didn’t seem happy, no smile. Hope she has a better day.

I am handicapped and cannot answer the door. Trying to have a parcel delivered without having it delivered to my hand is crazy. Not online. Not by phone. No local number. Poor service. I have received packages thrown on my porch, left at bottom of porch steps…three step total, contents broken and leaking all over my porch and packages covered in grease. Oh, one with coffee spilled all over it and into package. Just unpleasant experience always!

My Saturday"afternoon" delivery arrived well before noon. I missed it. Told them to HOLD FOR PICKUP using their website ... they sent it out for delivery instead.So now I'm stuck waiting for a package after planning my errands to include the pickup.What good is a website if the people don't do what the website says they will do?

It’s not there fault but because they don’t have a phone number to get ahold of them I can’t get the help I so badly need. So my live animal will be in a box for longer then it should of been. Can you please get a phone number for the future problems that will come with all your customers.
