This is second time that Terry called me confirming my address and glad she called because I already moved out of state.Package is very important waiting for 2 years. She forwarded to my new address. Helena FedEx is the worst!!!! They now use a contractor to "deliver " to my area. They either leave it in a box 4 miles from my house or keep it at their facility..... when you call you can't even speak to a live person.!!!!

Online tracking said delivered. Left at frontdoor. Maybe! But if it was it definitely was not my door. No one knows where my package is. Incompetent.
