Today will be the fourth time I’ve came in trying to purchase balloons. Waited 20 mins in line to be told no I’ve called ahead, tried to place orders, and even tried their Instacart delivery option. It’s impossible to get anyone to help you here and the store is a 100 degree nightmare.

Staff are always nice, fairly large store. I went looking for garden domes to cover my newly transplanted huckleberry and blue berry plants. Sadly they only had one.

On my most recent trip to Dollar tree I must tell you that the service was horrendous. There was a elder lady checking me out and there was an issue and I asked for the manager. This individual said the manager was gone to lunch and I would have to wait. For 30 minutes. So I was waiting and then I heard one of the cashiers call for the manager who came running right out of the back of the store. To help the other checker. I then spoke with the manager where my issue was promptly resolved. So in conclusion the elder lady that helped me lied because she didn't want to deal with it. I would highly recommend if visiting the Dollar beware of the checkout.

Maybe my favorite store. Got a torch lighter there the other day that burns green! Easily best value store I'm aware of. And they have an equivalent to Alien Tape now too! Acrylic gel tape I think it's called. And beautiful green tape.

just walking in u can now see TWO full garbages.windows r not clean products all over on floor not at all covid safe sure wish u had that beautiful brunette working losing her has hurt the store tremendously .friendly service, NOT AT ALL.

I love to go to Dollar Tree but the last 3 times I've tried to check out it has taken for ever. Two checkers and the lines to get checked out were almost to the back wall Ridiculous to have to wait over 30 minutes to check out. You need more help and we had to wait while the cashier went to bathroom. Maybe a manager could help out just a thought

Unfortunately this store has become lack luster. I went in today at 9 after looking online to confirm, and they weren't open. The least they could have done was a temporary hour shift on Google so they weren't misrepresenting their hours of operation. Unfortunately, I can't go back at 1 pm, hence why I was there a half hour after their open time.

Outdated store hours on yelp, so Amazon Alexa directed me to the store 1 hour early. There, at the door, I met at employee who was, presumably, there to help set up for the day. She thought it was very funny that I had been direct to the store too early before the show opened. I politely asked her if she could let her managers know so that they could update the information. She laughed more uproariously, and sent me on my way. So, I thought I would send a one-star review for her very poor customer service.
