What a good company! I have used Discount Tires for years and it has paid off. Almost blew a tire a couple hours away. I called and got an appointment they even partially warrantied the old tire. I am grateful for their exceptional customer service! Nice job

Looked for rims for my winter snows and found a set online: Discount Tire had no issues mounting and balancing even though they didn’t get the sale, even got to buy the warrantee on the tires. Great team to work with. Great addition to the list of businesses that one can trust.

I got a flat at the store across the street from Discount Tire and I got in their store at 5:59pm. They went out of their way to take care of me and to replace my flat even after they were closed. Very good customer care.

On a road trip from Kansas City, I got a flat tire and called the store for an appointment. They fixed me up in 2 hours despite being busy and honored the warranty for one tire, giving me a discount on another. Thanks to Lucas H. for his help and understanding of my situation.

Came here with my mother to help her get tires for her car and the associate we dealt with was excellent, my dad chose a tire and I chose a different tire, which was 3 peak rated, something she needs for her winter Montana commute,and for the climate, the associate was able to price match and get her a great deal. Thanks Guys!

Got a flat near Augusta which is over an hour away. Drove in on my donut And these guys got me. New tire And back on the road very quickly. Very thankful for the awesome staff who work here. You all rock!!!!

I can honestly say that this is the best discount tire in the entire state of Montana. They are always professional. They treat your vehicles respectfully and drive them respectfully. They also call you about things and that they find they don’t just brush it off for the next person to find. the discount tire in Helena was able to diagnose a problem that the dealership said that they had fixed for me. I am eternally grateful for the Helena location and there employees, and I will continue to drive to Helena just for the discount tire!

Really friendly service. Always happy with discount! One thing, this is a different one than one I normally go to and my appointment was set for 2:15 for a flat tire and I didn't get out until 4:00pm. Would really appreciate more priority for scheduled appointments.

Very disappointed at service here. Bought 4 or 5 sets of tires from discount tire stores. Travelling had low tire here. Pullled in to be fixed as was 8 hours from home. Told it would be 3:15 and after waiting for 2 hours still waiting.

My experience with Discount Tire locally was great. They were friendly and quick.
However, the reason I am writing this review is due to their price match policy. They price match their tires with the same equivalent tire model price at another vendor online.
I found the tires I was needing for cheaper online and sent this in for their price match people to approve. Instead of simply matching the price, they came back with an even lower price they found and gave me this price instead. The price they matched was at Walmart for a tire that was sold by a third party through Walmart. That's not a price I would have expected them to match.
I have rarely gotten a company to price match anything. Discount Tire took this a step further to match my price but at a lower price. This was above and beyond my expectations.
